Got the chicken sandwich and it was a single chicken tender instead of a chicken patty. Very disappointing eating a mostly bread... sandwich. Never going back! I know they were busy but to cheat customers like that just wrong. Read more

Came here on Sunday June 12th at 9:30 at night. Whoever was working that shift from the front to the back was amazing. Dude to... the front had a great attitude and I literally have never gotten Popeye's chicken that was this good. Read more
Worst service ever. The food was horrible. The girl at the front counter acted like we owed her money for doing her dam freaking... job. Now I've been to other Popeye's in Oklahoma and it was fantastic. But this one in Bakersfield Ca. was not what Iremembered. So please don't get it twisted and use your best judgment when coming to this particular Popeye's ok. Read more
To have a long line and still mange to keep cool and respectful to little things that's a good thing. The customer service was... great. Food wise I love Popeyes and I only get 2 things from their menu and every time hits the spot. Over all I'm still goingto Popeyes. Read more
This visit was very upsetting. The one star is for the chicken. The customer service was bad. Trash was piled up and tables were... dirty. The employee was calling my name even as he saw me walking up. After I grabbed my food and made it back to our table (thecleanest we can find).
