Our waitress was truly amazing and made sure we had a great experience at our group dinner. We had a group of 12 and she, as... well as the rest of the team, made sure each of us received great treatment. The food was delicious! The country rigatoni hadgreat flavor and was a very decent portion. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and appetizers. Without forgetting about the wine, itwas a nice selection of wines. Had an A+ evening at the Wheeling location. Started with an hour of wine tasting which was extremely fair in price. Susan... explained each wine, what it paired well with and customized different wine type tastings for the four of us. She wasknowledgeable of all the wines, pleasant and funny! Came here for an 11am reservation (right when they opened) on a Sunday, and had a charming and energetic gentleman of a server.... I will need to give him a shout-out here when I remember his name! You always have to order the Drunken Shrimp. Ordered my usualat any Cooper's Hawk: half soup (Lobster Bisque) and half salad (Wedge). Also ordered a flatbread/pita bread and dip appetizerthat I cannot recall the name of. This location seems smaller than some but definitely more lively considering it is adjacent toa hotel. I sat at the bar for lunch. Brittany was an excellent bartender/server. She did a great job checking in with me to ensure that I... was satisfied. She also did a nice job pairing my delicious Ceasar Salad with a very tasty white wine. Another server namedNisha swung by a few times as well. She was also terrific and full of positive energy. Overall a very good dining experience. Iwill definitely come back. Came back for dinner. Sat at the bar once again. Had an amazing experience. My bartender/serverDonna was outstanding. A real super star! Gave me awesome recommendations and was super personable. She is truly excellent ather job. She is one of those people that is genuine and truly helpful. Had a reservation, which was a good idea since they were busy. We got sat down almost right away. Our server took a little too... long to greet us, but again, they are busy. As we ordered our drinks, I requested a taste of one of their wines, and I didn'tget it until almost I was half way in with my meal. Our server only came twice to our table. We had a little issue with one ofour dishes, so manager came out to address the issue. I'm thankful for his customer service and making it right, but the servicefrom our server was not the best. Normally Love Cooper’s Hawk - Placed a curbside order today for the first time and the curbside server was very pleasant. The... seafood risotto and red wine braised short ribs with potatoes were yummy.However, here is the not so good. I placed an order forthe creme brûlée separately and didn’t realize the price increased to almost double $9.98 including tax for a sub pardessert. It wasn’t a custard consistency at all, not pleasing to the eye and was bitter. Had to toss and make some chocolatecovered strawberries for dessert. So, disappointing. Read more
