Is this place run by teenagers? "cooks" look like they're in high school and the cashier....she rung me up and immediately... walked straight to her cell phone thats on a charger and started texting. She wasn't even hiding. Is the manager a teenager?Hire more adults. The food was undercooked and made us sick. Terrible place. Read more

I ordered delivery. The food was taking about an hour so I called to cancel. They said they can?t cancel the order. But the food... was already ready. So I wanted to pick it up. But they wouldn?t take the delivery fee off or the tip. I waited another 40minutes for my food?that had been sitting there for an hour waiting for it to be delivered. The customer service was rude andfood was terrible. I spent over 50 dollars for trash. Read more

Newly renovated Wingstop location with Coca-Cola Freestyle. Service is typically slow even if you place an order online.... Unfortunately often low staffed. However, food is always good and some of the deals on their website are unbeatable! Read more

Even though the Wheeling location is closest to my house, I drive 10 minutes further to Mundelein for my wings. This location... messes up my order every time. Every. Single. Time. I ordered from Wheeling tonight because I didn?t feel like driving an extra20 minutes, and guess what? They messed up my order. I?m done. I would have given one star, but I?ve never had a problem withthe way their food tastes or the quality. Read more

I just made an order online at around 9pm. I got the triple meal deal promo which should include 6 classic wings, 6 boneless & 2... tenders and a large fry. My order was wrong and when I called to inform them of this no one answered. I called 4 times and saton hold waiting for the call to be picked up about 10 minutes each time and no one ever answered so now I'm stuck with the wrongfood, no recourse and no time to go back and rectify it since no one apparently knows how to answer a phone. It just played thatstupid marketing message over and over and over again and no one ever bothered to actually pick up. Mind you, when I went in theplace was empty and there were 2 people working. You mean to tell me you can't answer none of my 4 calls while yourestablishment is literally devoid of customers? I won't return because that is horrible customer service. I ordered 50 wings last night through the app. When I arrived, there was a line out the door and only two employees working... their butt off. While my order wasn?t ready, and I had to wait a decent amount of time for it, it was prepared perfectly andhot. The manager thanked me profusely for my patience and apologized for the wait time, explaining they lost an employee midwaythrough the night. He gave me extra wings and veggie sticks. Placed online order, went to target and returned but the order still wasn't ready. Workers said it'd be 5 minutes but ended up... waiting an hour total. Plenty of other upset customers with me, some requested refunds and workers didn't know how to processthat , manager was called and didn't want to deal with it. Place used to be good but now wait times are ridiculous, won't bevisiting anytime soon. Read more

I've been here a handful of times and the food is pretty good. But their service is horrible. Every time I place an order ahead... of time it still takes a long time to be finished. The website says it should be ready in about 15 min. I get there 15min afterI placed the order and the guy working there says it it'll be 3 minutes. But it always ends up being about 15 more minutes. Theguy seems to be the only employee working while the person I'm assuming is the manager just hangs out in the back or walksaround aimlessly. Now the guy actually preparing the food is one the slowest food workers I have ever seen. I've worked inplenty of fast casual places and he is in my bottom %10 of productive workers. I feel bad for him kind of but you'd think he'dget a little better after a while. But it's not his fault the manager just leaves every order to him. Read more
