A lot of literal children working here (like 13 year olds) who tend to ignore you/refuse to acknowledge your existence. They... sometimes do not utilize the delivery pick up rack holding Doordash and Uber Eats orders hostage- while avoiding you. One timemy order was sitting behind the counter ready to go so I had to walk two feet beyond the counter to grab it because saying"Excuse me" and trying to get an employee's attention did not yield any results. Do not recommend the frozen Coke products- theyare not very flavorful and the syrup separates from the crushed ice nearly instantly. Ordered an apple pie via Doordash and itlooked like it had been smashed prior to boxing it. Quarter pounder meat was burnt and dry. One day I asked about the salads andthe drive thru employee sarcastically said "we haven't had salads in 3 years" as if I possess the inherent knowledge of theirever-changing menu. If you are waiting on a delivery order as a driver expect to wait 15-20 min at least (no exaggeration) andpainstakingly observe someone diligently putting on 5 stickers that end up ripping off the moment you carry the bag by thehandles. There are always brazen racoons in the parking lot that have been so acclimated to people that the employees haveactually named them (one is called Cletus). About a month ago they were abruptly closed as Pest Control was parked outside-though I've never seen roaches there it's been rumored that they are present. Went through the Drive thru and the service was very good and all of. the associates were friendly
Y'all really need to rethink this two lane drive thru. Sitting there while being skipped 4 times in row. Till finally had to... shout across the lane to let them know been waiting my turn to order. Chikfilet can do the 2 lane drive thru just fine whycan't y'all. Slightly better today. Read more
They need to do away with the double drive thru lane if they can't take orders from both. Sat in the outside lane waiting to... place an order while 4 other cars were waited on while in the inside lane. Finally get to place my order and the lady was lessthan happy to be working today. Never asked if I wanted to use the app or needed anything else whatever happened to upselling??Got to the window didnt get a hello or how are you just my total and when i asked for my receipt she rolled her eyes at me. Theonly bright spot was the young man handing the food and drinks out of the window he said hello and told me to have a nice day.Not sure why there is always problems at this store i have been stopping at St Clairsville and they can work both lanes and bepleasant. Last few times we came here, we are trying to order and the woman asks us ?anything else?? After my fiancé ordered one thing... and he started talking and they interrupt him and tell him to go to the window. The last time, I raised my voice since theyclearly can?t hear well and the woman had a full on attitude. We didn?t even go through with our order because of how rushed anddisgusted we felt. Read more
Well first of all the crew member that took my order messed it all up and charged me for things I didn't ask for and since I had... to make another order cause the first time didn't get the stuff I asked for and the second time it happens again they. I ordered for 10 piece chicken nuggets and they gave only 4 pieces in it with two open sauces. This is worst staff I have ever... seen. I waited almost 45 mins to get my mobile order. Half the order was ignored I need to follow up on each and every item. Themanager is trying his best to cover for them by doing their job instead of making them do it. They simply enjoy playing insteadof taking care of customers. They simply seem to be like a bunch of immature kids with lack of training and restraints to servercustomers on top priority. The tables are not cleaned. Trays left over on couple of tables. If I visited during the prime hoursI could understand but this was scenario @5PM. It?s an Unhygienic large space, plenty of sauces boxes/packets underneath theirworking tables. I have even observed their system?s doesn?t work so well.
