Donuts always fresh but they need more people working...it took longer than it should to grab a cup of coffee.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I place my order with the app so obviously it?s in print in front of them. They make the... incorrect sandwich that I only discover after I leave from curbside pick up. I called yo have it addressed and the person thatanswered the phone could care Jess that they made it incorrectly. It?s amazing places like this stay in business withhorrendous customer service. Great Dunkin', one of the best in the area. Been coming here for the past two years most weekday mornings; I do the Order-to-Go... every morning and never have an issue. Coffee is always made exactly to order (just cream, no sugar) and always tastes fresh anddelicious. The manager here is wonderful! Such a genuinely nice man, always friendly and helpful. Staff are very nice too.Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a nightmare during rush hour, and parking spaces are limited, but not a huge deal.Just be advised there is no seating here, it's a small Dunkin'. No seating. Came here with 10 people for hot drinks after attending a rainy soccer game for my kids. Wanted to sit with our... drinks but no seating. Left and went to the other location also on route 10. Read more
Older man messes up lots of orders, every time I go there he messes it up. Today I asked for a large and light ice mocha latte... and I got a medium and light ice mocha. So upset. Read more
They never have any fun donuts, and they only have the basic ones about half the time. Not worth it, go find a better one
