Was at this establishment for 4+ hours and was ignored by the waiting staff the entire time. The bartender had the audacity... after we waited 45+ minutes for food and drinks to come up and ask us if we ?knew how to tip.? Would have tipped (did tip everyother drink I had to go and order from the bar myself to order as was ignored by the floor staff) and did tip right up until thelast hour when my food didn?t arrive until I sought after it and was already waiting on drinks I ordered from the bar. THEAUDACITY! Asked for manager and she was very understanding but would avoid establishment if going for good service. Bar staffand floor staff are appauling and that is coming from someone that works in hospitality. Read more

Bad bartending and service. Spend your money elsewhere. They are serving single shot Drinks in double glasses with next to no... ice. When asked to have a smaller glass I was told you get what you get. I also watched them break a glass in the ice well andpoorly change the ice without even cleaning the well and continuing serving drinks from it. The bar was very dirty. It's clearlynot being managed well or at all. The karaoke was screaming loud and a speaker was buzzing like it's never been shut off. TheLiqor inspector should add this to his list of places to check out. There was a door man at the front door on his phone most ofthe time, making a line so I just simply walked around to the next unattended door and walked right in. This place use to be agreat environment clean and respected now its just a dive bar. Maybe try again next year when the staff and managers have allturned over again. Read more

Great deal 30 cent wings because we stayed at the crystal lodge. Yam fries were delish and sangria was decent. Service was... lacking but it's more of a lounge than a restaurant. Read more

I don?t generally post one star reviews about restaurants on a single bad visit, but this was particularly disappointing. We... went in because there was a sign that said patio open, and we really wanted to sit on a patio. When we went in we were informedthat we would need to go inside to order because they didn?t have staff for the patio. Thought it was odd that you wouldadvertise patio open to draw people in, if you couldn?t properly open it, but we decided to just roll with it. Our pitcher ofbeer was poured poorly with a bunch of foam on top, probably 1/3 of it being foam, making it not that great to drink. We orderednachos and a poutine. When they delivered the saddest nachos that were nothing like the menu described, he asked if we wantedsalsa and sour cream. Of course we were kind of confused and said yes. He went back in to find the salsa and sour cream and afork for the poutine. He came back with a fork so that the poutine could be eaten several minutes later, and still couldn?t findthe salsa and sour cream. At that time, we showed him the nachos and just said they weren?t good. They took the nachos off thebill, and they sent a manager to talk to us. I tried to kindly let the manager know that overall we were really disappointedwith our experience and she didn?t really listen and just said they would take the nachos off, which is what ultimately promptedme to leave this review. Nothing wrong with the food, specially we love the wings an are frequent customers, however today the experience was very bad,... the server make us feel like we are bothering to be customers, he had a very grumpy attitude, not only with us, and in additionwe were charged an extra drink, when we asked to please fix the issue, he got even more grumpy arguing with us, please serversif you are not in the mood to work, stay home and don?t make the business to lose customers, we pay for food and drinks and inaddition we tip, and we appreciate anyone job, so there is not need to argue with customers and making them feel like if you aredoing us a favour, as I said, we pay! In specific that skinny tall guy kind of manager his attitude is helpless. We will give along break to that place, not coming back any time soon, and I don?t recommend to go spend your money there unless you want tobe treated like trash. Read more

Great ambiance, relaxing time, easy to talk with your friends, catch a game, and enjoy tasty food. I had their sweet chili... cauliflower bites and they were excellent! Would definitely come back again. Read more
