This place was EVERYTHING it says it is online... if I could give it 10 stars I would! The staff is amazing, kind, caring,... legit downright wanted to bring them home with us. Ricky, the tour guide was knowledgeable. RAD, friendly, kind, super cool, andwe had a blast with him. The concierge and ALL the front desk staff were top notch. As was the head bartender in the bar. Ugh,forgot him bame. We went for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We decided to come back for ouryearly Anniversary. The hotel was beautiful, the food outstanding, the pool was AMAZING. THE ROOMS were clean, well stocked andif we needed ANYTHING, they came quickly. The level of service at the gorgeous hotel is TOP NOTCH! Read more

I had amazing stays in this hotel. It is little bit pricey compare to other hotels BUT the location, amenities, and the service... were super. Their lounge was unique yet pretty. Hotel was not the very new building but the room was super clean. Plus, thehotel breakfast buffet was great! I would definitely visit again for another Whistler trip! Read more

We bought our first Health Club and Gym membership this year and LOVE it! The gym is well equipped and clean. The staff is... available and friendly. The pool and hot tube area are the best in Whistler (in my opinion) with multiple pools and hot tubes sodoesn't feel crowded. Live music from the mallard playing on the outside speakers during happy hour. Delicious food and drinkservice by the pool. Feels like vacation every time we go! Love it! Read more

Almost all the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and they provided lots of great suggestions. Would have given the hotel... service 5 stars if my initial dining experience at the Wildflower restaurant was better. The front of house staff definitelylowered my overall satisfaction with my stay. The hotel room was good, spacious and comfortable although a little old. Theproblem was the carpet just by the washroom door. The carpet was frailing and something hard (nail? or part of the woodenunderfloor) was sticking out and my child and I both managed to step on it at one point. Aside from that no realcomplaints. The location was great. It's in Whistler so great views all around. Read more

We were at a conference, and sneaked out for hikes. Whistler in the summer is beautiful. The hotel is classic Fairmont: old... world and charming. The staff are outstanding. Dinner at the The Grill was extraordinary. Paul and Maddie made us feelcompletely at home. Compliments to the chef. Each dish was as good as the best we've had at the top restaurants inNYC. Memorable stay. Read more

We just returned from a wonderful 2-night stay. The last time I stayed here was a decade ago- I remember the rooms being super... outdated, but the rooms on the gold floor have been newly renovated and are clean and spacious. The gold experience was amazing-our favourite part was the endless snacks in the gold lounge. My toddler ate nonstop and can't stop talking about the food!Service was great all around- kudos to the staff for being understanding of a rowdy toddler. Special thanks to Alfonso theshuttle bus driver and unknown housekeeping lady for giving my kiddo a shiny bouncy ball! We can't wait to return. Read more

Excellent, elegant service . Superb amenities. The lap pool is one of the main reasons I come here..the fact that I can bring my... dog is so much fun! The food is great. Especially fun if you stay in the gold rooms. The concierges there treat you like gold. The valets are always friendly and ready to help but it gets very busy at times. Read more

Recently went here for a business trip. The food was consistently delectable, fresh, high quality and most of all, served with a... smile. From the waiters, chefs, managers and bar tenders (Erika) ? The service was impressive. The room is always kept clean tooand the cleaning lady makes it a point to not just clean but also organize clutter in the bathroom. Overall, experience was verygood. Now, the most unforgettable part? It would be the hike organized by the hotel. Our guide went out of his way to make sureour group was happy, content and won?t leave without memories to cherish. It was my first time to see a bear in the flesh andthe experience was phenomenal, so much fun and safe! Thanks to our excellent guide! He knew the ins and outs of the hiking area, patient, and even took photos for souvenirs? like a pro. The hike is highly recommended when you stay in Fairmont Whistler. Lookfor Rikki! Truly a wonderful experience! :-) Read more
