We ate at this spot 5 years ago and enjoyed the experience. We had lunch here this time but the experience was, sadly, very... different. The good points were that the view was wonderful and the waitress was pleasant. We ordered burgers but when theyarrived they were cold - both the burgers and the fries. They were taken away and "re-heated" but were returned cold. Theywere taken back and we were told they had used a new chef but would get new meals prepared by someone else. Our waitress agreedthat the food was cold and apologised. The third time they still were only warm but we ate what we could and left. A very poorexperience and feels as though more supervision in the kitchen is necessary. Read more

We showed up at 8:30. The host told us that they stop taking food orders in 15 minutes and it would be about a 45 minute wait... for food. We sat out on the patio and our server came and took our order within 5 minutes- food and drinks order. Our food wasout within 5 minutes. Our server was still at the bar getting our drinks. Our server was beyond friendly. We had top notchservice. The food was good (wings and real poutine are always winners) and the drinks were even better! We will be back! Read more

Visited Whistler on Sunday in the middle of a holiday weekend and there were long queues at other restaurants, I suspect because... the building is covered in plastic because of building work the restaurant was not that busy. Got a table strait away, had acouple of very pleasant lagers, a salmon burger and my wife had the butter chicken which we both enjoyed. Service was prettyquick and our server took the time to have a chat which was nice. Nice atmosphere inside and clean toilets. The open kitchen wasa nice touch. Recommended, would happily visit again. This is a rather unique ambiance with lots of seating and fireplaces with a English feel with lots of wood. It has a cute train... above that goes around. The large patio is under renovation so it will be exciting to see what the do here. When you walk in thedoor you can smell the wood chips from the pizza oven. We ordered a cheese burger with a home made beef patty. It lacked alittle flavour or zest. The salmon chowder was full of veggies and very good. The server was a little interesting but got thejob done well. Read more

Excellent pub! Staff is super friendly and appetizers are tasty. The hummus platter is a must (warm olives are a lovely touch,... while the beet hummus has cumin added and is delicious!). Garlic fries are loaded with garlic, so be ready with a mintafterward. Read more

It wasn't the best experience in Whistler. Foods are ordinary but over-priced. Add-on is ridiculous. We upgraded to garlic and... poutine for each burger meal. Garlic was so little and it was undercooked and tasted bitter. And I don't know what is up withpoutine. Gravy was so stingy. I felt like I was getting a drop of blood from Scrooge. What is worse, cocktail wasn't great. Thesalt that was used on Margarita was too rough. It almost scratched my lip. And it tasted so much like pure alcohol. I had tosqueeze lime as much as I can. Pizza was thin and the ingredients were so little again. No wonder line was short compared toother restaurants nearby. Read more

Whoever the bar tenders were this afternoon around 1:30, they were super great! Worked really hard to make everybody’s drinks... but took care of our food as well. They have a nice beer selection and we got some pretty decent food with a nice view of thevillage walk. Tacos and kids pizza were good! Read more
