Super tasty Italian food. Great atmosphere for intimate/romantic dinner. Pastas are to die for but they don?t serve pizzas so... don?t get too excited. And of course the bred! Highly recommended. Read more

The food was decent, but it felt like it missed the mark when it comes to fine dining Italian food because I?ve had better. The... beef was not very tender and the pasta was way too salty. The wrapped cheese appetizer was simply not to my taste, althoughthat?s based on personal preference rather than the restaurant?s fault. The tiramisu was not bad, but nothing special. Overall agood experience, but not good enough for me to want to come back again when there are other places around. Service was great andthe atmosphere of the place was very nice. Read more

Solid Italian food in Whistler. We had a huge group during a long weekend and made a somewhat last minute reservation, and was... successful. Service was attentive and they sure kept our wine glasses filled most of the time! Food was delicious, everyoneliked the mushroom pasta. The pasta of the day was clam pasta and it was delicious! Otherwise, the regular menu seafood pasta isalso a hit. Read more

So far QUATTRO is our favourite restaurant in Whistler! Food is fantastic! If you like Italian cuisine with a taste of Spanish,... that?s your place. Grilled squid, Mushroom pasta and braised beef - are my best choices! Service is great with any server there, specially Bill is doing good job. Staff is friendly, thanks for the manager and front desc, who always find the sit for us. NowI?m craving their meals all the time ???? Be careful that?s addicting ???? oh and try Tiramisu ???? It's hot as hell in there on a summer night. It made the experience a lot less enjoyable. Food was so good, though. Prociutto... was amazing. Drinks are amazing (looking at you, pear-rosemary cocktail. I miss you already) Service was pretty incredible (mywater and wine were never empty) but we had a very polite table and didn't find the server to be super responsive to ourfriendliness. Just the tiniest bit of reaction to thank yous would have been appreciated. Even a smile. Read more

This is an excellent Italian restaurant. Service and food were great. I think we got talked into ordering a lot of food but we... were hungry so we went for it. We had the appetizer plate for two which was 10 appetizers each was a one or two bites but it wasa great way to sample many things. That was $26 per person. We forgot to take a pic of this amazing plate. We had two cocktails,2 pasta dishes one was spaghetti Quattro which is spicy dish with cheese and black beans, the other was halibut/ricotta cheeseravioli which was excellent. I think we were full at this point but we have already ordered braised short rib for my wife andveal chop for me. We also had dessert. We were extremely full at the end and honestly uncomfortable. My advise is to go with anappetizer, and either a pasta or main dish but not both. We had similar dinner courses like this in Italy but the portions weresmaller and made more sense. Chocolate tart was so good and I highly recommend it for chocolate lovers. Read more

We came here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary, as my parents had told me it's really good. The lobby is STUNNING... and a great place for photos. I had made our reservation well in advance online and indicated in doing so that it was for ouranniversary (they ask if it's for a special occasion). We were greeted and seated promptly. They have coat check which is nice. When being seated, the hostess also asked if it was a special occasion so I again mentioned that it was our anniversary. Ourwaiter, Tristan, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly and attentive. We were offered still or sparklingwater- I chose sparkling. I assumed both were complimentary so was very shocked to see a $9 charge on our bill after the fact!He should have mentioned this is an extra charge. For drinks between the two of us we had: the mint and honey infused sour, theJamaican snowstorm, and an espresso martini. All were absolutely delicious. For food we had: the carpaccio to start, thegnocchi, linguine pescatore, and tiramisu. The carpaccio is one of the best I've had- everything it was paired with madeperfect sense and we ate every last bit of it. The downside is is apparently it usually only comes with one small piece oftoast. Our waiter offered to add extra for us, but this ended up only being two other small pieces for a $7 up charge whichagain, was not conveyed. Both pastas were very tasty however the gnocchi was quite bland unless eaten with some of the bluecheese it comes with. Both portions were a little small for the price point. For dessert we had the tiramisu which wasperfection- highly recommend. Since I had been asked twice if it was a special occasion, I expected our waiter to say somethingand possibly offer a complimentary dessert or something as is usually the custom at a higher end place. However, it was onlyAFTER I paid and mentioned this again directly to our waiter that he became aware. Apparently no one had conveyed this to him Read more

This is a distinctive Italian restaurant with decoration and environment suitable for dating and business meals. I ordered a rib... eye steak. The size really surprised me????32oz steak+ Local vegetables. You can share with 3~4 people. Of course, if you are abig guy, you can challenge it by yourself. It tastes good and worth trying Read more
