Don?t know what they are doing here. Didn?t even know what was on their menu. The first time they made me a green tea matcha and... told me that was their green tea. Then when I pointed out they had regular green tea on the shelf they made me a green tea andsweatened it after I asked for no sweatener. I go to Starbucks everyday and this was the worst experience. Other than very long lineups and limited seating, it's a fine store.
Hours of operation never updated on the map, never open as per posted hours anyways. Closed before noon on a Thursday today.... There is a printed hours of operation and keeps being edited by pen. Also not a Starbucks location connected to the star rewardsand app promotions, you'd have to call customer service to hope if you are going to get your purchases recognized. It is alwaysclean inside both at sitting area and washrooms. Read more
Terrible ownership. Bad management. Severely understaffed. 35+ people in line. 45 minutes in the line up to get a coffee.... Absolutely ridiculous. 3 staff members. As a GM of a restaurant this place needs at least double the staff, more if they are intraining as they seemed to be. Most people walked away. They can definitely afford to spend more on labour and pay more to theemployees. Read more
Great location, they have the Been There series mugs. It did take them a while to make our drinks and unfortunately a bit of a... mix up before they got it right it turned out as we waited and watched but it?s okay, human error. However, the drinks wereceived afterwards were still not made properly (had them before elsewhere). Nice staff. Read more
Pretty cosy and warm Starbucks. Staffs were kind and agile from order to release. Standing table was good to accommodate people... for waiting line. Sitting place was a bit tiny compared to the cafe size. Read more
Truly the slowest Starbucks of alltime. Waited 10 minutes for hot water and a tea bag to be placed in a cup. Most Starbucks... frontline basic drip coffee and tea, but not this one. The cashiers seemed more into pretending to slap each other's faces/playfighting. Read more
