Absolute worst subway I?ve visited. Snickering amongst staff while dealing with customers. No idea how to make the sandwich.... Received a sloppy open faced sandwich. Avoid at all costs. Gas station food is better than what this location serves. Read more
Worst Subway experience EVER. The staff was atrociously rude. They were snickering amongst themselves assuming that we didn't... understand their native language although we are from the same country. I think 3 is fair. Staff usually seem genuine and well intentioned. Execution is just not there. Probably one of the weaker... subways ive been to. That being said, hopefully new ownership (based on other replies) will have it improving soon! Goodluck, iwill return:) Read more
Not whistler location! It won't let me edit it. This is the subway on horseshoe bay side of ferry. Extremely unclean, food and... spilled sauces on the tables, floor, overflowing garbage. The establishment was Extremely hot! ???? manager walked back andforth through the building only wiping down a cabinet he kept going into. Completely ignoring the filth within the building. Thebathroom was HORRIBLE. The only toilet was over flowing, and every inch of the bathroom was covered in filth! Another customermade it known to him that the toilet wasn't working & he never addressed the issue. Major health concerns/ violations for thisplace. Read more
Worst staff ever seen, not good customer service, employees were rude and not changing their ripped gloves. Burned breads... veggies were coming out of the bread. We were the last customer in the line still they rushed, need to improve their customerservice. If someone want better customer service please go to other location. HAPPY CANADA DAY!! Read more
Walked in and the guy working was not wearing a mask. He was serving customers with masks on and couldn?t hear so he has to lean... In over the food speaking moistly over the stock. Gross. Had to leave. Read more
Overall not too different from other Subway stores, but I was quite surprised with the staff being stingy with vegetables....... Probably gave the least amount of vegetables among all the Subway stores I've been over the years. Maybe because vegetables aremore expensive nowadays? Or vegetables are more expensive in Whistler?
