What a great experience at The Brickworks! Maria was a very kind and patient server. Even though we came in 30 min before the... kitchen closed, we weren't rushed or turned away. Dinner was absolutely delicious...the beer pan chicken and butternut squashravioli were both a must try! Also, shout out to Leo at the bar! He is a magician with cocktails! Food?s great! Josh gave good recommendations on our order and accommodated us without a reservation. Dogs are not allowed on... patios but he offered us a seat where we could see ours clearly and close by(also offered our dog water too) awesome service! Read more
Food was Amazing Went for a birthday meal and was blown away! The staff were really friendly and could make, great cocktails!... The building had a modern aesthetic, was warm and inviting! Mostly all tables are high but doesn't take away from the diningexperience. Honestly though, the food for me was the best! Absolutely amazing! I had the Tuna steak and my partner, the porkloin and we were asking ourselves how can we recreate this at home!! Great food selection and drinks. Great selection of Gin and a bunch of great beers on tap. Also pretty hip music and a lively... atmosphere. Not really a kids place but we had our kids after skiing and they enjoyed their non-alcohol mocktails. Read more

We had drinks and dinner here during our stay in Whistler. Nick the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the... different gins and beers, without being pretentious. The gin menu is very extensive so I had a tasting flight. I had the duckduo for dinner, perfectly cooked. My wife was very happy with her salad. Our new favorite place in Whistler! Read more
