a very disappointing experience, cashiers were unwelcoming and couldn?t crack one smile. I did not receive my Timbits I ordered... and had to stand in queue again to receive them. The store definitely needs a refresh of staff friendliness and customerservice. Read more
HORRIBLE! My bagel had WAY more butter then it needed- to the point the bagel bag was dripping! My sausage breakfast sandwiches... were cold and I didn't see any of the staff changing gloves between orders or even between taking money then making food.Gross!!! Read more
?Walked in? to only 3 workers and a lineup 20 mins long. Asked for extra cream cheese on the bagel which never got put on the... order. When I received it, the bagel had next to nothing on it. Sent it back and she asked for my receipt. Then charged me anextra $1.05 for more cream cheese. The amount on the bagel this time was pitiful. Spewing out the sides and the hole up top, itwas a literal dollop of cream cheese practically to the point the bagel was inedible. Ended up scraping 80% of it off & honestlyI could have fed my entire family on 4 separate bagels with the sheer amount on this thing. Picture doesn?t do justice becausethere was a whole other half I didn?t photograph. Iced capp was also 90% ice, honey curlers looked like they had been stashedaway under a couch cushion for a week. The store was packed with people. There was no apparent covid precautions seeing as the store was filled to the brim. I ordered... an ice capp, a cold brew, and a water. The ice capp came with the ice and liquid separated; the cold brew had little ice andflavour; the water was an awkward lukewarm temperature. Read more
