Been there 3 times now. Each time I had to wait up to 10 mins at the drive thru without anyone acknowledging I was there.... There's zero customer service. I waited another 10 mins today not one other person in the store or drive thru but yet no oneever took my order. I went to the drive thru window to get someone's attention and there wasn't a staff to be found. The worstcustomer service and after 3 times of trying to give them a chance, I won't be returning. The donuts were frrsh, moist and very tasty. They were the best donuts we had in many years. Will definitely stop by for more... anything we are in the area. Read more
Terrible customer service, extremely long wait times just to have your order taken, not even get your food/drink, and mediocre... at best food and drink. You're honestly better just going to the Tim Hortons up the road instead of wasting your time here. Read more
