Lovely place. Food is great. The only thing I thought missing was artwork. Original artwork by Durham students would look great... on the walls and people can purchase the art on the walls. An ever-changing gallery and tasty seasonal menue. A yummycombination. Read more

My wife and I came here for her birthday dinner and it was amazing. For a starter they gave us a basil focaccia with an olive... spread which was free. It tasted great and was very fresh. Then for an appetizer we ordered the BBQ cauliflower. And for ourmain we ordered the Pesto Linguini with feta, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. And for dessert they gave us some sort of browniewith pesto ganache and berry/jam at the bottom, this was also free because of the birthday. This was very kind of them! All inall the portions are massive and the food is very tasty. It is a little on the pricey side. I believe they serve whatever is inseason at that time. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Durham College has a culinary program which the students get tocook the food here. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building so you do get a nice view of the field and theircrops. The apps were nice service was great and friendly. The menu is quite limited my entree was very underwhelming. Of my party of 6... only two enjoyed their entrees. Love the concept and wholeheartedly support what they are trying to do, however, it just seemslike it needs a breath of fresh air or a reworking to bring some life and energy back to it. Read more

Ordered the Pork Tomahawk and Daily Soup (Butternut squash and apple). The portion of the pork was a wee too big, found the... outer part of the pork was a little tough. The soup was really good- had small cubes of apple in it. Overall a lovely evening!Kudos to the students. Read more

All around great experience. You can really taste the fresh ingredients in all the dishes, lots of flavor. Patio is surrounded... by greenery, the nicest patio by far in the area. All tables are spaced out nicely, felt very comfortable. Read more
