Stopped in last week for the first time in a few months. Excellent coffee and decent service as always. My two stars relates to... the men's washroom which appeared to not have been cleaned in a very long time. I was actually there two days in a row and thewashroom had no TP on either day so clearly they are not even giving it a quick check on a daily basis. As we all know if theydon't clean the washroom (none of us want to clean a toilet but we all know it takes about 30 seconds) then what's the kitchenlike? This place is horrible. I came in to do my homework and I had a drink in my hand, and the cashier had brought the store owner,... and she was very rude about me having my drink in her before i could even sit down. The store manager is rude and disrespectful,her attitude is horrible and she is bad with her customers clearly. Read more

Flavoured lattes tend to be on the sweeter side, but are very flavourful as a result. The sandwiches are delicious, and I highly... recommend them. The whipped cream on their frozen coffee is the real stuff and you'll find yourself fishing it out with yourstraw to get every last bit. Read more

This is a great spot for a quick bite or nice coffee/tea. I love going here on a weekend morning and relaxing with one of their... lattes. Staff are friendly, prices are similar to Starbucks or Second Cup. I highly recommend the Asiago bagel as well. Itsdelicious! The desserts look amazing, but I've only tried the muffins, which are very good. They also have some fresh madeoptions, like a yogurt and granola bowl or fresh made sandwiches. Read more
