First time getting food from here and last. I usually order from Victoria location and I always had great food. Sadly , my food... today was awful , as soon as I opened the container i was thinking what is this mess? . old black avocado, old mushroomsundercooked,undercooked potatoes and was missing some ingredients. The floor was extremely disorganized and the server felt like they were rushing us. The staff is clearly over worked and the... uber eats seems to put alot more pressure on the kitchen then it can handle. I dont blame the staff, i blame the management. Read more
This restaurant needs new managers new waiters and new cooks that care about the restaurant. Service was very bad took wherever... to come to us to take our order even to see if we want anything to drink. When he took our order everything came wrong and whenwe got our food the right way it was cold.. and the restaurant was it busy. never go there again avoid this please Read more
Before I decided to write this review, I read a bunch from others and saw that someone is responding to all the bad reviews,... probably the owner, and apologizing. But usually you take those bad reviews and do something about it. This place is everyhtingthat every bad review described. It's dirty, there are such poor safety practices and the servers seem like they hate theirlives and hate you for making them get up from the corner where they are sitting. First off- every table had milk and creambowls which is a big no no seeing as it's 12:30 in the afternoon and they opened early this morning. Then of course they willput them back in the fridge. Secondly- our food took 42 minutes even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Thirdly,for 42 minutes, you expect some sort of handmade masterpiece that needed the extra time, but it was absolutely gross. Thehamburger was wet and smelled old. I left thr restaurant and felt so nauseous I threw up in the parking lot. Please no one eatat this location. The owner needs to do a major cleaning, fire everyone and hire people that seem happy to be alive, and getbetter ingredients, cook them better and not leave milk products out all day. This place should be on kitchen nightmares. OnlyRamsey can put some common sense into these people. Read more

I got eggsmart through Uber eats so yes it might not be a good as in store but for my daughter?s kids meal I put 99c for... blueberries pancakes and I got four single blueberry on the side! Then we got a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was justchicken strips no sauce with 4 small pickles on it. I got the skyscraper pancake which is supposed to have a lot of fruit butisn?t looking good at all. I will definitely go in and eat to see how the quality differs. Read more
Where do I start? Let?s see server barely said a word to us and we had to repeat multiple parts of our order as he forgot. Food... was slow to come and not well prepared at all. My bacon was in a pool of grease and they gave me a whole 10 pieces of hashbrownpotatoes (everywhere else you get mounds of the potatoes). My wife asked for poached eggs done soft and they came to her hard(no liquid yolk at all). No cleaning whatsoever of table tops etc. When one customer came in the server used a menu to sweep thedirt off the table before seating 2 people. Other tables were left with peoples leftover food on them for the duration of ourstay.
