I walked out after.... mhmmm let's see.... 10 min waiting for someone to take my order. 2 employees working on what ever they... were doing for their friends. By far, the ABSOLUTE WORST of all the locations I've visited. Ordered two fish tacos and both weren't fresh... It was like... chewing rubber, not flaky nor crispy. Also, they weren't 'fat' burritos like at other locations. I'm sure this place would faila quality control check if this franchise did a test. Literally watched them refry older crispy chicken that was left in basket from a previous order, I would have walked out if I... hadn't paid and now I see why you pay first. Chicken was uneatable like stones, I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Seriously whatis wrong with you guys? This is ignorant and unbelievably disrespectful to serve your customers. I had been craving fish tacos for the longest time and finally got a chance to order the fish tacos. The lady that took my order... was in a very annoyed mood, and took my order in a very rushed manner. Confirmed the toppings. I told her, I would pick thetoppings, I understand the guacamole and cheese were extra. She only filled the ONE taco with the toppings. I was alreadyconfused by it. She took the box to the back and then called my order once it was ?ready?. I opened the box, the other two tacoshad NO toppings still and she put the sauce (which I?m allergic to) on the top. I told her I didn?t want the sauce, she?s likewell you didn?t say anything and it comes with the sauce. I told her okay, but I physically can?t eat this and I paid for it.She grunted and took it to the back and scrapped the sauce off (as you can see in picture, the box is filled with sauce on theside), instead of making me a new one. Walked in and was rushed into ordering, unfriendly staff. Wrong toppings were put in my burrito bowl even after I clearly stated... what I wanted. When I went to eat the noodles, they were rock hard, and other ingredients were kinda stale. I became verynauseous after eating, and still 2 days later, I am still not feeling very well, even the slightest smell or thought of it makesme feel ill. Will not be returning. ???? Read more

Staff at this location are extremely rude. Made me wait several minutes to order even though I was the only one in the store,... and no apology for any wait! In the middle of me ordering they interrupted me to chat in another language, I had to repeatmyself several times and halfway through eating my food I found a long dark hair.
