Visit was on NOV 1 at night. Burger was good, I like harvey?s. The reason why I?m giving this 3 stars is because the staff were... unprofessional, running around the dining room on their break and not even helping the poor girl who was training by herself andhad no idea what to do. We ordered our food via the mobile app in advance and yet the meal was completed nearly 10 minutes after the estimated time.... This in itself is not a big issue; delays happen. When waiting at the second drive through window, there seemingly was aconflict happening between staff. From what I could hear, it seems one individual mistakenly prepared an order with no bunrather than a white bun. The true issue is that another staff member, a 20-30 year old woman, seems to have disparagingly calledthe mistaken coworker ?dyslexic?. If that is the case, that is quite unprofessional and can qualify as workplace harassment inthe Canadian Labour Code. I encourage the manager to inquire of this situation and let?s hope I misheard this altercation. Read more

Stopped in on way back from trip to Toronto Sunday August 28th around 6pm. 4 kids. If it was on a the menu we probably ordered... it. Place was very busy. Staff was cool and friendly. Great experience. Read more
My experience at the Whitby Harvey?s was truly inspirational. My garnisher was caitlin and she was simply magnificent. The... service was very quick and all the food was just delicious. Two employees were "fixing" burgers. One of them was carefully examining printed orders. Pretty sure he was doing delivery ones.... The gentleman found the take out ones (mine included), was very nice. I thought there was a bit too much Ketchup and stuff, butit was still really good. If I went again, I would ask for less. It had been a long time since I was at a Harvey's restaurant.I've been wanting to go, but it's been years. I had the classic burger with cheese and bacon, and I really enjoyed it. Theyasked if I wanted Ketchup packages, which I did, and they placed them on top of the fries, which seems a bit unsanitary Seems tome that it would be better to put it in the bag beside the food, rather than inside the open - topped fry box. Not a big deal,and I surely devoured them with all that delicious Ketchup on them anyway, but just a small gripe. The restraunt was clean, andstaff were nice and efficient. There were a few peple ahead of me and there was about a few minutes wait, but it was worth it.
