I went into the store to purchase a big Mary original combo. I received a spicy sandwich. I was on my lunch and rushed back to... the store to correct the error. I then proceeded to eat my food and the taters taste old as if they were warmed up fromyesterday or the last couple of days. This is not acceptable. I was almost late returning home and believed the issue was fixedonly to realize that they gave me old stale potatoes. Not happy as this is an expensive meal! Read more
This is the best Mary Brown's location. The meat is always cooked to perfection. Its not oily and it always hits the spot. The... staff are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and polite. The restaurant is very clean. We live in Ajax and only visitthis location. Read more

I went to place an order for side kick sandwich at thickson location today. I have always eaten a plant based side kick... sandwiches ever since they were launched. My husband placed an order and he is sure he mentioned plant based. But we got chickensandwich. After talking a bite I checked with the cashier and he confirmed that they are chicken. He said plant based has beendiscontinued. All this time, we weren't yelling. We were behaving usual. My complaint is not focused on the wrong sandwich butthe behavior of the cashier. He unnecessarily argued with us and then his body language was showing a lot of anger and he wasn'treplying back to us when we asked for a refund. He started speaking with a person in kitchen rather totally ignoring us. No signof apology after serving a chicken sandwich to a purely vegetarian person. And later started speaking with another customer andnot listening to us again. All as a customer in this situation i was looking for a better customer service even when order gonewrong. We ordered through skip the dishes almost $300 worth of food. The restaurant sent everything we asked for. The chicken was so... fresh and hot when it came. All the food tasted delicious. I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond by adding allthe necessary items without us even requesting it. They sent all the condiments and utensils, plates, napkins etc. Thank youagain to the staff. I hope you continue to provide the same level of service for all. Read more

I've eaten twice at the Whitby location, both times were really great experiences! Very clean, friendly staff, food fresh and... delish. The extra little details are wonderful too, you can tell the staff just don't slap the food together like some places,they take extra care. Will def be back, a little costlier but worth the experience. Read more

Great location, Very polite and courteous Counter staff. I had the Big Mary combo with a shredded cheese Tater poutine. (Mouth... watering) When I was leaving i noticed the gentleman behind the counter had slipped in a free banana pudding dessert,for me totry. Not generally my thing but it actually turned out to be really tasty. However the gesture alone brightened my day, so thankyou! See you next time the craving hits!! 5? Read more

Amazing experience! The restaurant looks great and modern. We were served by a lovely girl, Faith. She was very pleasant and... friendly, she asked all the right questions to ensure our very large order was correct. Being a former food industry worker, Ihave a more detailed eye and appreciation for the effort that food service workers put into the job, and Faith hit 10 out of 10on everything. I would return for her service alone. Keep her happy she's going to help your business do Well. On top of that,the food was great! Chicken was delicious, tater poutine was spectacular.
