Six of us came out to Mexico Lindo in Whitby on Taunton Rd and Gerrard St. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the place... looked really good. They had lots of seats, even while they got real busy. We ordered two orders of Beef Tacos, Acapulco,Tabasco, Taco Salad and Burrito see pictures. They even brought out an order of nachos and salsa for free. Everyone in our grouphad nothing but good things to say about their meals. Read more
The best Mexican restaurant and experience I?ve had in Canada to date. Authenticity and perfection in the flavours of the food... and the atmosphere is vibrant. I played it safe and went for the Fajitas. I?ll be back for more though! Read more

We were in Oshawa and decided to try this place for lunch today. Its a small little restaurant on Taunton Rd and decorated very... nicely. We tried some authentic mexican dishes and were not disappointed. The chorizo chimichanga was amazing and flavorful. Theguachenango was a giant ref snapper which was cooked to perfection. These were served with rice, salad and refried beans. Ourlittleone enjoyed the chicken quesadilla a lot. I would definitely come back here again to try the other items. Highlyrecommend. Read more
I would drive by this restaurant occasionally, so finally the opportunity presented itself and we ordered quite a bit. This was... our first time ordering as well so wasn't sure what to expect honestly but let's start off with the phone order. The young ladywho took my order was so pleasant and allowed me to try to pronounce the names of the dishes (I think I did well I didn'tbutcher them as much as I thought I would). When we got there the restaurant you can only enter on the south side going east nota problem I just turned around on the side street. The restaurant itself was cute and the smells from the kitchen was amazing.You knew from jump that this food was going to taste amazing, or at least that was lingering in my nose. The food was so good Ionly got a picture of my daughter's fajitas that tasted out if this world. We ordered over $100 worth of food and worth everypenny. We will definitely be back to dine in this time so our other daughter can enjoy it as much as the rest of family did. Read more
Husband and I moved into Oshawa recently, but I have seen this place for years. Went for the first time and I regret not going... sooner. The food was fantastic! We got the chorizo nachos and the birria tacos, in addition on got a mango drink. All wasdelicious, was licking the plate! I am usually quite the food complainer but this place was exceedingly good. The lady who served me was very nice. Got back to work with my $15.00 meal. See photo and you make your own decision. Did I love... it?.....nope!!! It was even difficult getting over how unappealing it looked. Didn't want to waste my money and by that time Iwas really hungry so gave it a taste. Right into the garbage it went.
