This place is a real coin toss. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. My last few experiences have been really bad so I don't... know if I'll be returning, even though I was a loyal customer for years. They burnt the heck out of my pizza. Pizza was okay, didn?t really liked it too much. There was no salt hence no taste. Base and ingredients were fresh. The shop has... a good old vibe. I may not return here for pizza. Read more
This is the first time I had ordered here. I usually make my own pizza from scratch however today I did not have the time and... was running late so I thought I would try local. The pizza came at the time that was suppose to come . The pizza had the rightamount of toppings. I would not say it was heaping with topping but enough to say it was there. The toppings were fresh asshould be. The only issue I have and this is why I am only giving 3 star rating is THE SAUCE . The sauce is very plain tomatosauce. No herbs , no spices = NO TASTE. I would order again however I would sprinkle a little oregano and basil over the entirepizza before hand just to give it that much needed extra flavor. Other than the sauce it was a good pizza. We recently started ordering our pizzas from Navona and trust me I will not order from anywhere else We used to order from... dominoes but their pizzas are now lacking flavour and their toppings are scrimpy. Navona provides you with an excellent pizzacrust great sauce and lots of toppings. They totally rock. I am now a loyal Navona customer. Thank you Navona. You haverestored my faith in great pizzas. I?ve been coming to Navona Pizzeria every week for the past year and the consistency of quality, taste, and service is... incredible. Liz at the shop always looks after me, remembering to top my pizza with fresh garlic, and adding chilli flakes in mysauce just the way I like it! Good pizza. Great friendly service. Family owned business that offers good pizzas in town. Generous sizes, good quality... toppings, always fresh ingredients, very tasty crust and reasonable prices. We?ve tried both the regular and thin crust pizzasand they were really good. Turnaround times from order to pickup are very quick. Why not support a local business instead ofgetting cardboard and bad ketchup from chain stores, and you can get a top quality pizza around the corner? Read more
