Absolutely terrible service and food. I frequent many Osmos and this was by far the worst experience I've had. First, it took... about 10 minutes to have the opportunity to order... there were two couples in front of me. I ordered chicken on salad to stayand a wrap to go. I asked for and paid for extra sauce (which I barely got any). I sat down and waited for my order... Thetable I sat at was dirty and the restaurant was freezing. I had to use the restroom. It was dirty. I waited 25 minutes for theorder and it really wasn't overly busy... by that time, I did not have time to eat in and I was freezing anyway. I brought ithome to eat. Like mentioned above, there was very little paid for sauce on the meat and the portion was much much smaller thanI am used to getting. The chicken was very crumbly for lack of a better term (looked more like beef) and greasy. No flavor atall. The salad was fine, but portion was pathetic. After I finished the meal, I was still hungry. I typically have enoughleftovers that it's almost another meal for my wife. My daughter didn't finish her wrap as she didn't like the taste of thechicken either. We will not go back to this location and am really turned off of shawarma at the moment because of thisexperience. Read more
Been to this location twice and once they gave me moldy pita and I chalked it down to an honest mistake but after today I will... never return here. The guy making my shawarma was answering and ending calls with the same glove he was making my sandwich with.Unbelievably unprofessional and filthy!!! Read more
The chicken kebab option is a bit misleading... it is not a kebab... it is just white meat thrown on the grill and chopped up... there was nothing "kebab-like" around about it... Very hard to tell the difference between shawarma and the chicken kebaboption... I'm not sure I particularly like the flavor that they use for their marinades it's different from every other shawarmaI've ever eaten ... a bit odd. Read more

It's really 50/50 I get the same chicken on the rocks and sometimes it great. Well cooked rice and chicken with tons of sauce... and sometimes like today the chicken was dry and the rice must have been old because it was hard. Barely any sauce was put on itas well. Maybe it's the time of day or depends who you get cooking it. I just saw one star review from a Monday as well. Read more

I've gone here a bunch of times and ordered the chicken shawarma platter and that's enough food for both my wife and myself to... share. It has always always come in two boxes (rice and chicken then side salad). Tonight they put my order together and therewas only one box, which I questioned. And they said that's just how it comes now, and the box has a divider up the middle toseparate the salad from rice. But now it's the same size as the "every day special". So I paid 5$ extra for less food thannormal. I'm not sure if it was an off night, they got my order wrong, or they've decided to cheap out on portions and keep theprices the same? Great food and service provided by Hina and her team. I am a regular customer of this oswmows location and they serve with the... same great smile on their face everyday. Their lamb and beyond dishes are to die for. I highly recommend this place since youget salad, lunch, drinks and brownie as a dessert at one location. Loved it! Read more
