I am pleasantly surprised by how good their half and half was. The chicken ???? meat was really juicy and perfectly seasoned. I... asked for a little spicy and it was spicy but it added more taste to the meal. I liked that the place was clean and I wasgreeted with a big smile. Can?t say that something went wrong. Food, people and their service, everything is awesome here. I always have chicken on the... rocks. Same consistency and taste always. The employees are so friendly as well. This location is well managed by theemployees. You would get worth of your 10 bucks here. Go for it. Read more
I just had someone who walked in about 5 minutes after me, be served before me. I ordered a single item, the chicken shawarma... poutine, and so did the aforementioned person. When I calmly asked the staff, the self-proclaimed more experienced one laughedand said his colleagues are new. No apology, and I still had to wait for my order a while longer. I use to really like coming here but it went down hill. They are inconsistent with the sauce, on some parts of your wrap the hot... sauce would be at the bottom not all inside it. This is the second time my wrap is ripped on the side and falling apart. Thesauce isn?t even on the chicken, it?s not properly mixed in and the chicken was very dry. **updated** This is the second time I?ve ordered from this location and both of the time have been absolutely terrible. I?ve had... ordered from other locations and never had issues but this location consistently messes up. This time they completely ruined myfamily?s dinner. This was what was given with the falafel oh the rocks barely any sauce or rice? secondly another part of theorder was ordered ?a little? spice level but they ended up making it ?extreme? the entire top of the dish was red from the hotsauce. On top of all the food being messed up we ordered online and when we got it the food was cold. I will never be returningto this location and advise you to avoid this location at all costs. ****The email provided in the response from the store doesnot exist. When an email is sent to the copied and pasted address it bounces back saying that it doesn?t exist.
