I would give zero stars to this store if I had an option here. They have messed up our pizza order multiple times. We always... request extra cheese and they never add enough even to cover the base. There are patches of cheese on pizza and none nearends. Last order was the worst experience ever. The pizza did not have any base sauce added to both pizza and there was barelyany cheese added to it. We requested for replacement pizza at 10:30 pm and the pizza did not arrive until 11:45 pm. We calledcustomer service at 11:50 am. Customer service said the order will be delivered in 5 min, however the pizza did not arrive until12:15 pm. We called customer service again, they said that the pizza was already delivered. We did not receive the pizza and thesupervisor said that she cannot do anything as the store is saying that they already delivered the pizza. The store was clearlylying as we have video cameras at our door and noone had delivered pizza at our door. Never ever going to order again from Pizzapizza as this is the closest store and pizza pizza can only send our delivery order to this location. Read more

I ordered pizza from 1200 rossland rd in Whitby. The pizza was very delicious the quality was perfect. The owner and employees... are very good and friendly . I will go again once I am in Whitby 100% . I would recommend this location to anyone passing fromthe area . Read more

Convenient location, staff are friendly and quick, food is good and I have quite a variety of pizzas and pasta. The story is... clean and well kept. There's a huge parking lot so finding a space is never a problem. Read more

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. One had minor mistake; one was completely wrong, not close. Call customer service,... re-ordered, no offer of compensation. Picked up replacement pizza. No apology. Got home. Not even close to being right. Totally wrong. Back to restaurant. Clerk looks at pizzas x2. Looks at Order. "Yes we made them both wrong". I asked formanager. He was too chicken to face the fact that his staff are incompetent. Avoid at all costs. Read more
