Easily the best pizza in Whitby. Everything is completely fresh and wholesome. The only pizza that still tastes the same the... next day when heated in an oven at 400 for a few minutes. Mainly a take out place, but there are tables and booths available. The pizza is made in actual wood fired pizza oven. Using... apple wood a fire is created below while your pizza is placed on a rotating table and constantly being turned and inspected bythe cook until it is perfectly cooked. This takes about 15 minutes leaving you a perfectly cooked pizza and just a touch ofsmoke from the wood fire. Apple wood doesn't smell or taste like apples but this type of wood burns long and hot and has a sweetsmokiness similar to hickory. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly to me. Brio is available! The crust is thinand crispy and has taste. The pepperoni is deeply flavourful and the sauce is shipped in from Italy and has a strong tomatotaste. My top 3 pizzas are The Real McCoy, Danforth Pizza , and Pizza Rock. All have their own characteristics but all arefantastic. Read more
