Those who left good reviews a liars. This place is awful. Every time I go there there is no food ready, I have to waste my time... waiting for it to cook and the place is a mess. If you in a rush or want a quick bite to eat- don't go there. They have no readyto go food. They start cooking it once you there and you have to wait 10-15 minutes until it's ready. Read more

Some drinks not offered in their pop machine. Some sauces not available for their nuggets. One person working in the back. Line... ups long waiting for their meals to be cooked, as they don't hire enough staff. Not recommended. Read more

worst experience ever. worker took forever to take my order and once it was being taken she was on her phone having a phone call... and texting before she sent my transaction. the store was dirty and the floors were wet and muddy. the chicken wings andtenders were raw and smelt like they had already gone bad. the sandwiches also had no sauce whatsoever. felt sick immediatelyafter having a few bites and could not finish the meal, sent it back and was treated backhandedly once again. Lovely people run this restaurant and much care is taken over the food preparation. I once had a bit of a grumble about there... being no ice in the pop machine and they've literally bent over backwards to be lovely and helpful every single time I go intothe restaurant... couldn't recommend more.... keep up the good work folks. The best Popeyes around run by the nicest family. You might wait a minute or two longer but that's because they usually cook the... food fresh when you order.. so you don't get something that's been sat in the hot cabinet for who knows how long. Read more

I frequent the Brooklin store on a daily basis; and have enjoyed every visit! All the respect for the staff; they?re very... accommodating & professional! Everything is spotless every time!
