3.5 stars Courteous service, decent portion sizes but the dosas were horrible (thick dosas advertised as Bangalore specialty... which isn't 100% true). Nothing wrong with the flavor but they were too thick. Dosa was the same thickness as of an uttapam. Notgood at all. Edit: got a swift response from the store. Added 1 star just for that. But having lived in Bangalore for 9+ yearsfrom 2006 to 2015, I agree Bangalore dosas are no paper dosas but they aren't uttapam thick either. Read more
Rekha's is the absolute best Indian takeout in Durham. The food is wonderful, try their veggie samosas. Service is always super... polite and prompt, prices are good, and again the food is just too delicious! Read more
This place is amazing! We ordered two 11.99 lunch specials with the butter chicken and chicken Tikka along with a side order of... palak paneer. Chicken is juicy and tender, both curries were fresh and flavorful, and the serving sizes are very generous forthe price point (came with naan, rice and a samosa too!) We will definitely be back! This place is actually very good! We tried some dosas and it was pretty authentic to the south Asian flavours. The staff here... were pretty friendly too! Overall great experience! Read more
Oh boy this place is hopping! I'm so happy I ordered ahead. There were LARGE chunks of meat in the 3 meat dishes, and there was... plenty with leftover for 5 adults. The Palak Paneer and Channa Masala were amazing. The flavours of the sauce on rice was overthe top. 100% a do again with the friendly service. Food is decent but they are still living in 2020. Very reduced hours and no hot table. Need to go back to how it was before... Covid. Read more
