As a table of 6 we decided to have an early dinner at St. Louis Whitby. Our waitress took our drink order and on serving the... drinks at the table, she accidentally spilled all the drinks over us all. Now, I understand accidents happen. However, since wewere coming from a formal event, we were all in suits and formal clothes. The waitress was very apologetic but that?s where itended. She brought us the full bill at the end of our meal, not even the drinks were offered for this error. The person I assumeto be the manager came out after we left and added insult to injury by giving us a 15% discount card for the next visit. Whatnext visit??? The cost of dry cleaning these clothes is going to be so much more than the bill. I blame poor management in thiscase, they could have done something to take care of their mistake. Asked for nachos with added beef brisket for an extra 5 dollars. Received ground beef mix with beans? something that would be... served on a taco? not impressed and never going back. Gave waitress a 10 dollar tip because place wasn?t empty and she broughtmy two drinks fast. Although the place was empty. Wasn?t her fault. Ate a few bites of the nachos and wasn?t willing to eatanymore. Left the full plate with the nasty ground beef untouched! 60 dollar lunch. Read more
I came here with the gf a couple weeks ago. We came around 9PM and were seated at a table. The table was not cleaned. We sat at... the uncleaned table for about 5-10 min until someone arrived to take our order. We had to tell the server that it needs to bewiped down, she came back 10 minutes later and did a poor 2 sec job of wiping down the table (with attitude). Food was good butservice needs to be better. My favorite place to get uncomplicated wings and delicious French fries. My usual order is the wing and French fries combo with... the lemon pepper spice (regular wings, not dusted) with a side of hotter than hell sauce so I can spice each wing at my leisure.Great staff too at the Whitby location on Broadleaf Ave. Read more
Decent place, recommend confirming your order with the waiter. Order all you can eat wings with a side of beyond poutine. All... you can eat wings comes with a side of fries. I expected a extra charge but was charged for the regular menu price. It would beappreciated if the customer was advised it's the menu price. Prefer the order to be taken correctly as well. Read more
Went out with our kids for dinner. We all loved our food. The portions are good sized and prices are great. The food looked and... tasted good. As complaints the calamari was very oily and the brownies weren't the greatest. The service was amazing. Our serverAshvinia took time to explain the menu to us and served us with a smile.
