Don't order from this subway... The owner talk in very disrespectful way... We just asked him that why the cucumbers are frozen,... he replied very rudely. Its not happening for the first time... He does not know how to deal customers. This response provesyour poor customer service. Worst experience i had in my life. Read more

Do not order from this Subway! There seems to be a pattern with this location at 185 consumers. We ordered from this store... using skip the dishes and they only sent 1 sub when 3 subs were ordered. Had to drive into the store and the server immediatelyknew he had only sent the 1 sub. Guess he wasn't expecting us to actually show up in the store. He was then disrespectful andstill proceeded to screw up the order. Thank you Subway your response proves your poor customer service. Had we simply gonethrough skip we still wouldn't have had food. So your logic is flawed. We were short changed on the combo (not all items were inthe bag!!) and the server was incredibly rude to boot. This place has the worst customer service when it comes to serving people with disabilities. I have a speech impediment. Last... night I entered the establishment with my sister after the Jay's game. The person working there refused to even attempt toserve me and would only speak to my sister. I am an independent person who enters places, orders food and often travel on myown. His level of rudeness and lack of even attempting to listen to me was infuriating. Had I not been staving, exhausted andstaying in the hotel across the road I would have walked out. They make gross sandwiches. Ordered on Skip the Dishes and the thing was soaked in mayo, yesterday's bread, covered in salt. ... Had to toss it. I have had equally bad experiences in person at the store. I avoid this location. How hard is it to make asandwich? I mean if the sandwich maker wouldn't eat it themselves, it is a good sign you failed. Inedible product with ineptstaff who have no tastebuds to measure how much they suck. Read more

Terrible. Do not recommend this location. Certainly do not use them for Uber Eats orders. Have tried ordering more than once... from this location and it's been messed up each time. Just this evening we ordered 2 sub combos, and we received a completelydifferent order with only 1 sub. During a phone call to the store, the extremely rude sandwich lady on the phone told us therewas no way this was her fault and had to be us or the delivery driver. I'm sure our driver gave her the delivery code for thewrong order, I hear that happens quite frequently with Uber LOL. Had she of just owned up to her mistake and perhaps come upwith a solution to correct the mistake, instead of passing the blame, this review would of been a lot different. Read more

Didn't have to wait long at all. A takeout or delivery sandwich was being prepared, then mine. Had the steak and cheese sub,... which was really good. Didn't take pics of the sandwich itself, as it was bought for lunch, and didn't look so fresh by the timeI ate it, so it wouldn't have been fair to take that pic. Still tasted good, and I was very happy with the service. Read more
