Placed an order through Uber eats. It was so disappointing to order extra beef on your taco to receive it separate that you have... to put on top of the other toppings (which makes no sense) AND I ordered 4 different tacos -2 with fire sauce and 2 with mildand I got 0 sauces. Standard taco bell experience, relatively clean and quick with the order. No major issues, or things to highlight. If you like... taco bell, you will like this one. My bf and I went one night around 8/9.. there were about 5 guys there for delivery pick ups when we arrived, they all left with... a few minutes after we ordered. We were now the only 2 people in the place and it took 23 minutes before we decided to ask aboutour order, and another 3/4 to get our food?? At a fast food place?! They prioritized the delivery over dine in clearly. We hadordered 2 soft drinks and received one as the worked didn't here him order it I suppose, he didn't offer to get him one, once heasked. After a wait time of almost 30 minutes in total not one person apologized and the manager was the one we asked where ourorder was... nothing. Foods fine, it's taco bell, you know what you're getting. But you may as well go to the drive thru ororder, you'll get your food much faster that way! We counted about 7/8 staff we could see and it's all open concept, you can seethere are only 2 people in there, but not 1 comprehended we were sitting at a table in plane veiw with no food or drink.
