Placed an order through Uber eats. It was so disappointing to order extra beef on your taco to receive it separate that you have... to put on top of the other toppings (which makes no sense) AND I ordered 4 different tacos -2 with fire sauce and 2 with mildand I got 0 sauces. Standard taco bell experience, relatively clean and quick with the order. No major issues, or things to highlight. If you like... taco bell, you will like this one. Maybe the biggest issue is the lack of napkins or utensils for customers to grab, as youneed to aks for them behind the counter. Read more
Tiny portion of fries supreme that was missing ingredients and unappetising, and an anaemic soggy undercooked taco shell. Place... is in the running for worst take out in the area. Drive through guy was friendly and helpful. Read more
My boyfriend & I went here for dinner & we order 2 supreme crunch wraps & 4 cinnamon delights. We received our food & our crunch... wraps were not even pressed our cinnamon delights didn?t have no cinnamon on it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!! Read more
The last few times I have ordered from Taco Bell my order has been wrong. I have a vegetarian I order for so I ask for no meat... on certain items like the fries supreme. When I get home there is meat on the order even though the person taking the orderrepeats no meat. I don?t want to sit in the drive through and have to check my food to see if the order is correct. Thevegetarian I?ve ordered for ends up with no food. We like Taco Bell but this happening more than once is very discouraging. Thestaff are clearly not paying attention. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. One of the worst taco bells I have ever been to. I come later in the night because they are... not busy. There is no excuse for why they can't make a taco.. I've come here 3 times and they have messed up my order each time.I pay extra for certain things and don't even receive it. This time they messed up my friends order, took over 10 minutes togive him his food and got everything wrong. They also messed up two customers orders after him and started to argue with thecustomers. Terrible service, they really need to focus on what the customer has ordered and not just slap a taco together. Read more
I've been going here for years and have seen a decline for some time now. Half the time chilling cheese burritos are half full,... and fries supreme look sad. As pictured, there is like almost no meat or cheese sauce. (I asked for no tomatoes, so that is whythose are missing) This isn't the first time, but I figured I needed to chime in. Read more
My bf and I went one night around 8/9.. there were about 5 guys there for delivery pick ups when we arrived, they all left with... a few minutes after we ordered. We were now the only 2 people in the place and it took 23 minutes before we decided to ask aboutour order, and another 3/4 to get our food?? At a fast food place?! They prioritized the delivery over dine in clearly. We hadordered 2 soft drinks and received one as the worked didn't here him order it I suppose, he didn't offer to get him one, once heasked. After a wait time of almost 30 minutes in total not one person apologized and the manager was the one we asked where ourorder was... nothing. Foods fine, it's taco bell, you know what you're getting. But you may as well go to the drive thru ororder, you'll get your food much faster that way! We counted about 7/8 staff we could see and it's all open concept, you can seethere are only 2 people in there, but not 1 comprehended we were sitting at a table in plane veiw with no food or drink.
