Worst Tim?s I have ever been to. Drive through is not only dangerous, but takes years to make it through
One of the few Tims where you can get served faster at the drive thru after waiting in a 15 car line that goes into the street,... rather than at the counter with 3 people ahead of you. Storefront is excruciatingly slow most days. They are slow to takeorders, slow to make orders (and forget what you ordered immediately after ordering), and slow to give you your orders. Drivethru is faster and some folks are really friendly while others are not, but the setup of the drive thru is so bad and oftenspills into the street, forcing you to either not go, go in to storefront, or get honked at. I?ve twice gotten delivery fromthis location and it was wrong. Food quality is fine, store decently clean. Read more

I like Tim Hortons for the fresh coffee and freshly prepared food items as well as the donuts and muffins. The service is always... fast and the staff are friendly. Read more

We went through the drive through at the Tim Hortons on Brock Street in Whitby on Oct. 31/22. We ordered the loaded cilantro... lime bowl with slow cooked chicken, and the cilantro lime loaded wrap with slow cooked chicken. As a previous order of the sameitems had very little of the cilantro lime dressing, I ordered extra on both, and was charged extra for both.When we got home,the loaded bowl had only a drizzle of the dressing on it, and my wrap had no dressingat all!!! Totally p***ed off, but by then,what can you do! I should have taken a picture and posted it to shame them for charging extra for nothing! My suggestion isthat if you order something from this location, you check it before you take it home, especially if you ,have to pay extra forsomething! This location won't get my business again! ordered a chicken sandwich, 3 different days, and always tasted like microwaved leftovers. bad enough that I have come here to... leave this review during what's left of my break. note, tim hortons as a whole has been going downhill in quality for a whilenow. I'll still drink the coffee but never again will I order food. Read more

I walk to this location often, I'm never in a hurry, good thing, they are very slow. Wow, hat's off to the guy working at Tim... Horton's today, may have been a manager/supervisor, but he had some hustle. Very pleasant and professional. He's a keeper,thanks ? Read more
