Ordered food through Uber. I got a call from a rude female employee with attitude saying they tried to call me numerous times... before but I didn't answer. This place has gone down hill lately. Ordered two Turkey Melts today ( Oct 16/22 ) from the drive-thru which wasn?t busy as I... pulled right in to order without any other customers. Once home to eat them I unwrapped them to find they were not melted andcheese was falling off one of them, also didn?t have any Mayo which I believe there is some type of sauce usually. Read more
I love Tim Horton's. The major drawback is the drive thru. Too many times the order is wrong. I give clear details but either... the microphone is no good or the staff doesn't care to get it right. This is affecting how often we go there. Management is NOTdoing their job. Read more
There is a Baby diaper between the set and the wall ????. Had the pleasure to be served by two wonderful ladies at front counter. Their names were Aryan and Nicole. They had excellent... customer service and genuinely appeared to enjoy interacting with my sister and I as customers. They were attentive, smiley,and got our order done quickly. Both women were new but they did a fabulous job at front counter (and front counter isn?t aneasy task as most of the work load is out on you while drive-through does barely anything). Working front counter can be verydemanding and stressful and both Aryan and Nicole had amazing customer service! Keep it up girls! I hope to be served by youagain. Ps. I dropped by receipt and it ended up blowing away and I can?t leave an online review with head office without thereceipt code. I hope this review will do! Read more
I am changing my rating to one start. This place has become worst tim hortons ever seen. Most of the time they don't have items... on the menu. The drinks?s taste and quality keep on changing everyday (no consistency) and on top of that manager told me thatmy taste buds might have changed. Even today they packed wrong order for me and this hasn?t happened for the first time. It?stime that time hortons should change the owner of this place. Read more
