Their hot and sour soup is my favourite. We?ve never been disappointed with ordering from Win Win.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese take out I've had in years, even something as simple as the fried rice is bland and flavorless... ... chicken balls are all batter and no chicken ... wonton soup is a bowl of hot water with fatty pork in it. This is a long time family operated Chinese restaurant in downtown Whitby which has a menu of typical favourites for non ethnic... Chinese, ex. chicken balls, egg rolls. However, I like the food very much as it?s comforting, almost nostalgic, for an Asianperson who grew up in small town Whitby. The food is fresh, skilfully prepared and delicious. THIS IS WHY ITS HARD TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!! The man that works there absolutely has not one drop of manners, and to make... things worse he doesn?t listen. You order one thing and he gives you what he wants, then after not listening is going to say youdidn?t order that? WHAT?! I used to live in Whitby 7 years ago. It now takes me 40 mins to drive to Win Win but I'm happy to do this drive as their food... is as good as I first time I tried it over at least 15 years I want to say. I tried a few other places over the years because ofthe drive and I learned to make the trip here over trying new places. It's worth it everytime!!
