Great service ! One of my favorite fast food chain restaurants.

Over this place, i moved to stouffville two years ago and have ordered from a&w a handful of times and every single time i?ve... asked for them to make the food fresh (especially spending over 30$ every time) and every single time the food comes messy,stale, cold. Why have the option to leave a note to make it fresh if you dont follow it? This place is a waste of money. Irather spend my money at a local restaurant and it comes guaranteed fresh FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF $$. Read more

I ordered a burger and I was asked what I want in it. I said I will get all the normal toppings and condiments. I get home and I... find an empty burger with nothing in it. I checked the receipt and it clearly includes all the toppings. How dumb do you have tobe to give a plain burger? Read more

This place has the worst service time ever. I was here couple at least 4,5 times and every time I buy through drive through they... ask me to pull up to the front even there ain?t no busy. Last time i bought buddy burger combo and they made me wait for 20mins. This is ridiculous for a small burger and some fries and cannot Call it a fast food chain. Read more

Ordered the MOZZA burger --- what we got was just a burger with lettuce which was stupidly funny because a burger called MOZZA... didnt even have the cheese! Also, they even forgot to put in the bacon! ?? Now the kicker here is when we asked if this is theMOZZA burger, they apologised because they said one of the staff is new and handed us in a separate bag a piece of bacon and aslice of cheese for us to complete our own sandwich! ???? The place can use a good cleaning, too and maybe push back the chairsunder the tables to keep it neat ???? There's also no soap in the washroom! Oh well ?? I wanted to add that I was expecting tohave my rootbeer on the icy mug but was given the paper cups used when ordering to-go ?? Come to think of it, they never reallybothered asking how we wanted it. 3 star is based on value and not quality,but even quality is sliding. I know inflation is up as high as over 8 percent but how... they can justify a breakfast that used to cost 7 dollars and now it costs 12 dollars.
