Today, my cycling friends and I had the opportunity to share multiple meals and baked treats from your establishment. Not only... did we show up unexpectedly, but with over 20 of us. The staff behind the counter were patient kind understanding and efficientat taking our orders as well as delivering them. The food....OMG...was HORRIBLE! ???? I ordered the chicken and waffles alongwith a few of my mates. The presentation of such a simple dish was impeccable. It made me feel as though I should've had on abutton up with dress shoes (sleeves rolled up of course)...uhmm sliced cherry tomatoes, and other leafy garnish????????. Therecipe for the fried chicken should be kept under lock an key...as well as the waffles! To the server who made my Chai tea andoffered up an option for that sprinkle of ground Chai goodness...THANK YOU, IT WAS AMAZING! I adore this coffee shop! Their baked good are very yummy looking! Their gluten free brownie is decadent and delish if you... have a sweet tooth. Staff are always super sweet! If you're hungry and you find yourself out Stouffville way, you need to treat yourself to a meal at the Main Street Bakehouse.... The staff are super friendly, the patio offers a wonderful place to chow down, and there's some wonderful shopping inside -locally sewn crafts, ie. I had a tuna sandwich that was PACKED with cucumber slices, tomato, cheese and lettuce, as well as asuper generous helping of tuna. Ordered takeout here yesterday with my friend. I ordered an ice coffee with soy milk and a shot of caramel, it tasted pretty... gross and not like caramel at all and it was not filled to the top, about an inch of room was left and this is an iced coffee sono room needed?? We ordered the breakfast box and the main street breakfast and it took an extremely long time, mine must'vecome out after 15 minutes and hers after 20, it was even longer than restaurant service.
