The day crew is typically good here, but the evening/night shift is terrible. I just wasted 15 - 20 minutes of my life in the... drive through waiting to order a coffee while everyone else who went through the other lane got served. Bruh this Timmies is the slowest place on earth. This is where time comes to stop. I feel like I died and now I'm in limbo.... There's 7+ staff members and I'm still waiting for my coffee after 30+ min rofl. Is this quiet quitting? I feel for serviceworkers but come on, this is just bad. This IS THE WORST TIMS EVER! waited 20mins on the drive through. The line if cars was moving very slow. We placed our order over... the drive through speaker and the guy that took our order did not finish taking our order and went to the other lane to takeanother cars order. We waited another 10mins go get to the payment window and true to my gut feel, our order wasnt placed. Thenthe staff in the window just kept narrating other peoples orders to somehow guess if it was ours, even though when we keptrepeating what was supposed to be our order. Didnt even figure out what was going on, or did remedy to take our order. We hadthe feeling if we got in our order we would have to wait until the other orders are done until we get ours, we thought we justleave and not let this branch/staff waste any more of our time. Such bad service, very slow. And possibly if we did went on withour order it would have been missing stuff in it or put milk on tea even if we didnt want any. What an absolute horribleexperience. AVOID! By far the slowest Tim's I've ever been to. They have 2 drive thru lanes, and the guy taking my order stopped mid order... and started taking the order from the other lane. Easily 25 minutes in the drive thru and once you're in line, you're stuck. Read more
The slowest drive through I've ever been to. They don't know how to manage two lanes and will leave one side waiting while... taking multiple orders from the other. They are constantly out of common items. Completely incompetent management. Read more
Completely incompetent individuals working there, this location makes me hate Tim Hortons even more. It shouldn?t take half an... hour to order a coffee inside or at drive thru. The manager of this location should be disciplined. I certainly won?t be backalong with my friends. Read more
