Don't waste your time and money. I went there twice and was just disappointed both times. The drinks both teas and shakes taste... like water and ice not much flavor. The staff is kinda rude, when I asked to see a menu besides the huge TV, they directed alarge tv with the menu. I said that I can't read it that fast, (it has 2 menus that it switches back every 15 seconds). I askedthem if they can read it that fast??? Anyways I placed my order and I left. I took a few sips and returned to ask for a refund.Both the shake and tea tasted like water and ice no flavor. That's what I get for not going to my regular tea shop. Oh, and inregard to my refund which they weren't too happy to give. I basically got store credit which is useless. I am hoping that I willbe able to spend it on something else besides a shake or tea. Well at least I got my money back kinda. I called back to makesure that my credit was there, because I had a feeling that the girls working there didn't really give it to me. I think Italked to the manager, and I told her the same thing about their shakes and teas. Hopefully they will test and rework theirmenu. Oh, and maybe make there tv with the menu a little more readable. I would love to meet a person that can read a huge menu(I think it's bigger than 55ins) in15 seconds (and its filled completely end to end and top to bottom). I would personally scaledown the menu, not be so complicated and hard to read. I couldn't even find the monthly specials. So many things could bechanged or tweaked to make it so much better. Awful, absolutely terrible. I was very taken back that a health nutrition store was using powder instead of real fruit. We... ordered 4 drinks and every single person hated them. They did not taste like the flavors they were suppose to be and were verygrainy. We always have a protein shake and we are use to the grainy texture but this was more then that. Along with a sourtaste. Edit to add a comment back: We appreciate you doing your job and providing customer service. I?m placing no blame on theones who made them as I?m sure it isn?t your fault the drinks were bad. It?s what happens when everything is used in powder formand not fresh and natural. But I still had to put one star because that is how I felt about it. 30+ dollars thrown out becausenone of it was good. Read more
Location is great! Very appealing to the eyes when you first walk in and the staff is very welcoming! I find that when given so... many delicious options I get overwhelmed easily; the employees were quick to help breakdown what you?re looking for andsuggesting the perfect drink for you!
