This caribou has gone down hill. My husband and I come here everyday and we are constantly bringing our drinks back in to be... re-made and it's still wring the second time. These drinks are not cheap and should be made correctly. Having one person on barduring a Friday morning...it doesn't work. Same staff memeber everytime who makes the drinks wrong and she is still on bar forsome reason. Read more
Heads up: Caribou?s menu claims this flatbread is VEGAN, but it has dairy CHEESE and EGG that they won?t make it... without. Update to say: upon hearing from Caribou about this issue, they say the sandwich is vegan. So multiple employees atthis location simply don?t know/understand the item or food sensitivities since they insisted the item has dairy and real egg. Read more
The breakfast bagels are awful now that they?re prepackaged. The bacon was solid fat and totally undercooked. The egg was... paper-thin. The bagel is blah and the texture is like overcooked bread out of a microwave. Really disappointed. Just threw away$6 when I tossed it in the trash. The drive thru person told me my drink would be right up but I didn?t order a drink. I didorder potato chips which I had to ask for when they gave me my sandwich but the server who brought it to the window didapologize. Without that, this review would have been 1 star. This is the 4th time I?ve had either awful food or bad service atthis location. Guess I?ll go back to Brueggers which is quite a drive. Great place!! We waited for a bagel. Drive- thru was busy. Had two small children there; they practiced " indoor voices" and... good "public dining" manners. They loved the fireplace and the newspaper ads, as well as the bagel, milk, and water!! I thinkPapa finally ordered a coffee!! I don't drink coffee anymore, so loved the water. Read more
05/13/2019 5 stars if it weren't so expensive and because I am a poor trucker have to take back one star. Server was very... cordial. I wish I'd gotten her name. Maybe, if I win the Megabuvks, I can swing back by in my chauffeured limo and drop off someflowers. Food is better than average. The bagel encrusted with hash browns and filled with cream cheese. 2 eggs, ham and moreAmerican cheese was a bit weird for me but satisfied my morning hunger in due course and the Caribou coffee was quite good, Ithought. A previous poster said the coffee sucked (I paraphrased) but he/she hasn't imbibed in the normal, useless andhopelessly weak truckstop coffees I've had to force down in my trucking life. So, yes, I think this Caribou coffee isokay. Let's see, what else...hmmm, well the decor is nice. I also think they have free Internet and will check it out after Ifinish this short, little comment...well, kind short. Yep, still here ... waiting for dispatch to get me a load. Waiting ,waiting ... waiting ... wai ... ~~~~~~~~~ For you OTR drivers waiting at FedEx Ground: You can drive (bobtail) hardly a mileup to this location without a trailer and park right outside. So far (all day), no one has chased me out of here. I'm parkedout of the way and away from the entrance so as not to be in the way of commuters rushing to and fro. :-) I'm trying tohide... Bagel with shmear....yeah not much "shmear". Would be nice if there was enough to even taste it. Three people in our party... ordered these and all had very little on them. Grabbed a Diet Coke from their cooler....no price listed on the cooler or themenu board so shouldn't have been surprised at the amazingly high price. Won't be back. Read more
Ordered ahead, and was totally cool that all 3 were not ready yet. Waited another 7-8mins and finally got it. None of them had... any toppings whatsoever, and none of the staff even acknowledged me when I thanked them because they were in a circle havingthier own conversation, not making any drinks. I'll stick to the Fairview location from now on- they never mess up and are superfriendly! Read more
