I have been here a few times over the years. When I recently was there, I thought it was time to write a review. The service... was friendly, but quite slow. I ordered a chicken sandwich and cookies ended up waiting a while for my food. The young manwho brought me my stuff was friendly enough. The food was hot. Do not go to the McDonald's off hwy 96 in white bear lake if you want a water with your $15 order. They don't serve water cups... there but two older ladies can get a water cup? My son is 8 and I don't let him drink pop late at night!!! Ridiculous!! Read more
Just got a quick to go order but what seemed to be the manager just tossed the food bag on the counter for pickup and walked... away. I don?t expect 5 star service but at least a little professionalism in the managers like and maybe acknowledge yourpatrons. Thank you. Read more
never coming here again. I paid for things that I did not receive . I ordered around 8:40 and waited 20 mins just for them to... say that someone else grabbed my meal. then they made my food & didn?t even give me a cup or a large fry that I ordered . theywere closing & I was alr upset so I just ended leaving. Ive been to several mcdonald's this one makes the best quarter pounder with cheese! I love a burger that's not dry!???? their QP... is better than some restaurants that I've paid 20 bucks for a burger! Good job cook! Read more
McDonald?s, located at Hwy 61 and 10th street ?? ?????????? ?? Employees at this location go above and beyond when it comes to... customer service! Due to the recent construction at this location, the lobby was closed. My friend and I were traveling withouta car and wanted to purchase a delicious McDonald?s?? McChicken. We decided to make our way through the drive thru but werediscouraged when nobody greeted us at the drive thru menu! We proceeded to the second window where we were greeted by a verykind young lady who quickly took our order! She had us wait near the lobby door and delivered us our food in a timely fashion.We could tell that our food had come fresh off the grill. We were able to enjoy our tasty McDonald?s??
