Mizu is a cozy, upscale restaurant with great sushi options, incredible staff, and a beautiful location on the shore of White... Bear Lake. The prices are a bit high, but that is understandable given the quality of the sushi. We had a variety of rolls andnigiri, including the special, as well as the miso soup (a baseline for me, which was delicious and helped set goodexpectations). The food was excellent, fresh fish complimented well by flavorful and well-paired spices and vegetables. Therolls were expertly prepared, great consistency and balance. The staff also graciously offered to make a mocktail for me, whichwas superb and greatly appreciated. We would definitely come here again. ???? Read more

We went on a Sunday night for our first time. The first round of appetizers came out quick. And drinks. And then we ordered... three sushi rolls. Which came out an hour and a half later. And we were sitting at the sushi bar. And then we need and cash andpart credit card. But the credit card was billed for the whole amount. Trying to get hold of them but they're closed on Mondays.I don't know if they were too busy or they forgot about us. The benefit of the doubt on the first time. Hopefully everythingwill be resolved and we can try it again Read more

Well for the price I was expecting better service and quality of food. (Not accurate on Google) The items are expensive for what... you get. I suppose it's ok for the only place in white bear lake, but you can drive a few miles and get great fish for less Themenu here on Google is not up to date. These prices are wrong! Read more

To put this review into context this was literally the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten at hundreds of... restaurants throughout my life. We arrived early and were seated promptly which was nice. It took 20 minutes for our waitressto come and take our order. After over an hour of waiting and one visit from our waitress we finally left after being told theyhad no idea when any food would be ready. No manager came to explain the issues. The staff were clearly overworked and checkedout. The bar tender who brought the very mediocre sake flight was so drunk I could smell the booze on him more than my drink andI could barely understand his slurred description of the flight. Honestly the owners need to evaluate how they’re running thisestablishment. Read more

Mizu is located across white bear harbor the owners also own bar next door The atmosphere is modern and elegant They have nice... patio to enjoy your food and drinks My favorite drink was the Koi which uses Cachasa I am sure this is not how you pronounce itbut regardless is the same liquor in Caipirinha so it tastes just like one with some Japanese twist Also do highly recommendthe sampler platter which has oyster ???? with caviar , otoro , Wagyu A5 and Uni or sea urchin spoon with ponzu sauce extremelydelicious ????. The plum wine was beautiful and delicious , I do believe a full meal will drinks for 2 will run you you atleast $200 But def worth it Read more
