We came into red Luna taco factory on Saturday (10-1-2022). We were excited to check it out. The menu is really big (too big I... want to say). My husband and I ordered the chicken tacos. Lots of veggies and hot sauce. It tasted okay, no complaints. The nextmorning we both felt very unwell.still do today. Nauseous, exhausted,stomach cramps, vomiting. I've worked food service for 18years I am food safety certified. I'm sure this is food poisoning. Really sick and dissapointed. I wanted to return but nowwill not. We actually traveled a good 40 minutes just to eat here. Also the horchata has a funny flavor. The Agua de Jamaica wastasty. The guacamole had way too many diced tomatoes for my liking, I ended up scooping them out and added them to my taco justto make the consistency of the guacamole better. Update with more info as requested: We came to dine in on 10-1-2022 we had thechicken pieces in our food i had the fajita burrito. My husband can't remember which dish he ordered but we both had the samelooking chicken in our food I'm sorry but my husband said we came in on sat and I spent all day sunday sick. And yes. We tried the Red Luna restaurant based upon co-workers recommendations. And we were not disappointed. The food and service was... excellent. Our group had a mix of beef, chicken, fish and shrimp tacos, street tacos, and burritos. The chips with guacamoleand queso are good although I prefer a thicker queso sauce. We had the choice of 5 or 6 beer options. You order & grab yourfood as you walk in and take it to a large comfortable seating area. We recommend this restaurant to everyone. Read more
Ordered pick up, a few pork street tacos, and some veggie street tacos. The tacos were yummy, and spicy as advertised, and the... service was friendly. However, I never got my full meal, all of the side items were missing, including the ones we paid extrafor. The restaurant was busy, so I called at a later time, and explained what happened. They said that a manager would call methe next day. I haven't received a call from them yet, and it's been almost a week. I want my refund for paying for items I didnot get. Read more
Excellent tacos and burritos not enough napkins... a small price to pay for yumm
I stopped in here on a Tuesday. Taco Tuesday is alive and well here - quick and friendly service too. The chicken was good and I... plan to try their spicy chicken next time. Well priced and a lot of options. The quesadilla to share was large and while basic,still good. You can choose your own adventure with toppings and it seemed like a lot of people were stopping in to get tacosto-go. Update: Spicy chicken is definitely what you want. Read more

I hate to even review this place. It is nice to have a great place to eat that isn't crazy busy. The enchiladas verdes plate... with the spicy chicken is amazing. The absolute worst thing I can say is their refried beans are inconsistent. Sometimes theyare a little thin or a little too salty. Read more
