Very disappointed this morning with the customer service at Starbucks this morning. The cashier was very distracted by talking... to the another worker and they mess up on someone else drink and they were gossiping about other customers and did not receive athank you and your welcome and they were very snotty because they did not like to be interrupted by other customers and theyshould keep their other opinions to themselves and need to improve on focusing on the customers not on their friends and greetcustomers with a smile. Worker said they would open at 3:30 but they open at 4:30 very angery much sad super disappointment

When I stopped before work they weren't busy, but moved at a very slow slow pace... the girl at the cashier that took my order... pretty much didn't listen to what I ordered... I asked for light on the carmel drizzle and she wrote heavy on carmel and Iforgot to say soy milk but that's my own fault... the other girl who made the drink offered to re-make the drink but I didn'twant it to go to waste so I just dealt with it. But this location needs to make sure they listen, and pick up the speed a littlebit. Read more
Cant go wrong with Starbucks. Just wish they had a broader selection in black tea beverage selections like their competitors.... For instance, caribou offers The London Fog. A vanilla and black tea steamed with milk.offered both hot and iced. Read more
