My bread was dried out very disappointing.It was a six inch laying in the bread box . Not good.
I came in late tonight with my service dog and the most respectful and awesome young man named OJ took my late order and went... above and beyond in customer service. If it was my choice I would have him promoted to manager of the facility. In business ifyou want respectful and diligent employees I?d highly recommend hiring people with his charisma and energy. They no longer have oven roasted chicken. Which means they no longer have food I want.
Really quite deplorable customer service. No one says I'll be right with you or hello. It's as if you aren't standing there.... Sandwich made rather sloppily. I get everyone comes with their own baggage or maybe, you're at the end of a long shift. But YOURENTIRE JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Put on your big boy or big girl pants and be decent. Instead of standing in back talking ordoing whatever you do, maybe you could look at ingredients and what needs refilling, so the customer isn't standing therewaiting on you. Got some subs 2 hours before closing time. Received the wrong bread, they were out of mayo, out of certain toppings. Some... toppings looked frozen and old. The sub making counters did not look the cleanest. Read more

I love this Subway. The people are always so pleasant and really seem to love what they do. The guy who normally waits on us... in the drive thru- hasn't been there for awhile but HE WAS SO AMAZING and happy all the time! Having a drive thru is soconvenient! Tried to place my order online and use the bogo coupon. Got notice after placing my online order that my order did not go... through. So, I went into the store to place my order in person. They refused my coupon as was online order only. So while instore, I tried to place my online order again?. Again, it would not go through. No smiles, no apologies?. Very cold employees. So, I ended up paying full price. About $30 for 2 subs and 3 cookies. If my online order had gone through, I would have paid$14. Would have been nice if the employees compromised. 20% off or something? Read more
