I recommend the White City Abby's, they went above and beyond for my event. I called them pretty much last minute and explained... to them that I couldn't find catering for a special party I was throwing and could they please put extra care into making myorder as I wanted this event to be perfect. Grace (the assistant manager) was very kind and thorough and even helped me pick outwhat pizzas were the most popular and how to include gluten free options as well. She didn't rush me on the phone and made surethat everything was perfect. About 10 min after hanging up with her I received a call back asking the name of the person theparty was being thrown for, Grace and her staff wanted to do something extra nice for that person (of their own accord) to helpmake their experience special. My order arrived correctly and promptly along with a kind treat they had prepared and a paperthey had all signed. I felt like my event mattered to them and they took my concerns for extra care very seriously. I wouldn'thesitate to order from them again, they were a pleasure to work with, especially Grace. They should not let staff answer phones if they can not concentrate with the person that called to place a order, it is very... rude to talk with others and then ask for the same information about the order over and over especially if the order has only 3items on one pizza, people like to think that what they are ordering will be right! Food was standard. Service was substandard. In response to Abbys: never said we were.Dissatisfied with the food. As we... understand from our experience AND local residents, they never answer the phone. We drove there and the place wasn't busy.
