I come here for dinner a few nights a week and I always see the same thing. Undisciplined employee's! They are always playing... childish games, the place is a mess with food and trash all over the floor in the kitchen. When trying to get some assistanceI'm standing there forever and I've seen it with other customers as well. The sweet tea is almost always out and when the isn'tany they don't offer to make some more they are just out. They need an adult that can strike some fear and get them working.I've worked fast food and this would not fly. If you want to be paid $15 an hour then it's time to show your worth that. I likecoming to this McDonald's but it's getting old with the lazy service. Get a manager that actually can get these kids working anddoing their job the correct way. Read more
Okay, so the other day, did a mobile purchase, and "Meagan" -- wearing "angel horns" (naughty angel of course) -- brought my... latte & items to my car! But, I biffed my order, as I bought an iced latte by mistake. It was all my fault. Well, Meagan waslike, let me bring you the right one, with a smile. And they were SOOOO busy. Thanks Meagan! Altho I went threw drive threw the young lady who handed me my bag of food just almost threw it at me was very rude and most... sourcastic. I will not go threw that Paticuler Mc Donald's they need to be happy they have a job and they need to learncustermer service. Read more
This is by far the best McDonald?s we have ever been to, hands down. When I looked up the google reviews I saw a bunch of... outdated pictures and terrible reviews regarding service and cleanliness. What I discovered was the exact opposite. The entirebuilding had been newly remodeled. All of the tables and floors were extremely clean, with cute floral centerpieces to make themmore inviting. The staff were all extremely friendly. They had our food out very quickly too. It was delicious. It came just howwe ordered it, and everything was hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean too, and the parking lot had lots of room for biggervehicles. Normally, I wouldn?t write a google review, but this location deserves some credit for providing us with such astellar experience. I would highly recommend visiting here! Read more
As always this place is slower than molasses they shouldn't call this fast food they should call it slow food or fast food... frustratingly slow. Get it together McDonald's and your food isn't that good and your service isn't that good and everythingkeeps shrinking while the prices keep going up. Keep it up McDonald's you'll be next to be boycotted and out of business figureit out get with the program or start losing customers. Read more
I'm traveling from out of town with my two daughters. My car overheated, so I parked here at McDonald's. We ate lunch here and... so far we've been here for about 3 hours and 45 minutes! The employees are very nice and friendly. The facility is very cleanand well maintained. This is a good McDonald's!! Read more
It's a McDonald's! The employees at this one are really good about trying to get things right, fresh and fast. Just don't go... when they're already slammed. I eat here daily (breakfast) and several times a week for lunch. The 2 big downsides: Don't go inneeding the bathroom (it's got a coded lock) and don't expect to use the drive thru if you have an extended or wide vehicle. Read more
