Waited 45mins at the drivethru just to be told they?re closing early. Not the first time I?ve had to wait an obnoxious amount of... time but this was the worst, and I had to go somewhere else to get food. Lesson learned, I will NOT be back. Read more

Forgot 4 things we ordered and payed for. Put topping on we asked to be taken off for allergy reson. All this after waiting over... 15 minutes to order and another 15 or so to get the food. I do have to say thank you to the nice kid who gave my mom a free cupof ice after we got our stuff. He made her day. There is always a sliver lining in every bad experience. Read more
It?s a Saturday night and the guy shut the store down at 12:30am when they close at 2am. I called the store and he said ?if you... would?ve pulled up to the window you would see i?m not taking anymore orders due to staffing?. There was not a single person inline. I wanted 2 burritos. As we proceeded to pull through the drive thru, we looked through the dining room and he is sittingthere doing absolutely nothing. you can answer the phone but you can?t tell me over the headset you?re closed? but you?re notdoing anything to close the store down and continue to keep all of the lights on. The Taco Bell located out here in White City is a decent place to get some fast food and drinks. They have a drive-thru window,... which makes it pretty easy to come in and get your order. The dining room is relatively clean and ready to eat in if you havethe time. The next time you're in the area and hungry for some Taco smell, stop on by! Read more
Every single time I go to this location (not often I assure you) they mess up my order. The doors were locked and only drive... through available so if (and when) they mess up your order you're forced to wait in a long drive through line again just to getyour order corrected. Also, constant health department issues and management issues lead me to believe this is just a lost causelocation. Read more
Slow indifferent staff. Same taco bell good that you love. But at a snails pace... Skip or wait....20min dinner through.
I explicitly ordered vegan items. I got 2 burrotos with meat and sour cream. They said i was given someone elses order by... mistake. So they make mistake, and there are no checks and balances in place, which shows little training or supervision. Read more
