I ordered online about 15-20 mins ahead of time. Once I get there I had to be pulled up. I waited about 30-40 mins total from... the time I got in line until I got my food. The employees were not very professional either. Read more
Worst experience ever. The staff was so unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty. The manger on duty knew nothing that was... going. The staff was just standing around talking and playing not completing orders. Had to ask for the soda machine to berefilled cause it was out. Not to mention once we finally did get our food it wasn?t correct. Overall a horrible experience.Will never visit again. Read more
They have shrimp and they have chicken and their menu shows the surf and turf combo but they don?t have it available ?.just like... Taco Bell across the street not having the Mexican pizza (just at that location) it?s ridiculous ?.sounds like it?s the samebunch of people in this area running these joints and they just do whatever they want instead of being held up to the standardthese chain restaurants require ?.they all need a visit from their corporate office ?..DO BETTER!! The service was slow, they didn't read the order back. When I received the order, my mistake was not checking it. It wasn't... correct, and the food was cold, as if it had been sitting more than 30 minutes. It wasn't even warm. Very disappointed. I gaveit two stars because I've never encountered this issue with any other Popeyes. Read more
Ordered the shrimp for the first time. It was the best I've had from a fast food establishment. The biscuit was very good along... with the red beans and rice. The window personnel was terrific (a young man). I left my credit card at the window and he ranafter me to return it. Although I thanked him please reiterate my appreciation for his honesty and integrity. I am attaching thereceipt which I hope id's him. Sorry, no photo of the shrimp, I ate it. ???? Read more
Wow I paid almost 11 dollars for a 4 piece meal and the size of the pieces had to be from a chic. They were so small ridiculous.... Plus the side of mash potatoes was only like one table spoon. Wth. It seems they trying to serve less for more money. Read more
Not the best experience, was out of basically everything. No tenders, no sandwiches, out of all side?s except for fries. Ordered... the 8pc, mild with fries. The food was hot and tasted good. Just disappointed in service & items available. Read more
