Visited this location after nearby location closed. Ordered salad. Man making salad insisted I had to ask for lettuce for my... particular order because lettuce isn't standard for the sandwich version, and skimped for all ingredients, from meat to veg. Iwill not return. Read more

This subway never stays open until it's advertised closing time of 9:30 p.m. The foreign manager that runs it is an unpleasant... personality to be nice about it. If it weren't for a friend working there I probably wouldn't go there at all due to the numberof bad experiences with the management but I will honestly say that the food is always good if I do make an order there. I'm aneasy person to get along with and have worked in the food industry over 15-20 years so I understand the business. That beingsaid I'm forgiving and understanding and depending on the situation I'm empathetic if not sympathetic to problems arising in theindustry. I do not however like rude for no reason or rude to the customer because I hate my life kind of people and the managerI spoke of is one of them people. Went to pick up a free sub today, at 11:15, for National Subway day, from 10-12, and I was told I was the second person who had... inquired about the free sub. She asked the Manger, and she said he told her, "No." I asked to speak with him, and he came outwith a handful of receipts, saying he had already given out his limit at 10:00. This contradicts what was just said to me bythe attendant, as being the second person to ask about the promotion. He told me to go to another Subway, which I did, onDollarway, and had no problem. I was told the promotion lasted until noon, as stated. I tried contacting Corporate, regardingthis matter and the situation with Sheridan Rd. manager. I don't order here much but today I walked in and asked for a Italian herb and cheese cold cut then before the lady could put... the meat on the bread I switched to stake and cheese. However I noticed that it had very little meat when I asked about it shestayed that it was normal amount yet (ordered 3 of the same sandwiches) the first one clearly had meat. Now I know you'reprobably thinking it's a greedy thing but if I'm paying for a sandwich I prefer all them to have the same equivalent amountconsidering they all are the same. (subway YOU Choose YOUR sandwich) Unfortunately that was not the case and when asked againstated extra charge even though was nearly an meat to begin with. Worker Amy I'm sure they make enough money that one lesscustomer wouldn't hurt. wasn't anyone in the store before me so I'm not sure why she was in such a rush, maybe she just worksfast. Nevertheless won't be going back .Bad customer service and expensive prices. I try to always give good reviews or at least say something positive, but they really did not make any effort to make their... sandwich correct or good. I got the impression they were skimping on the ingredients for whatever reason. I paid 4 dollars fordouble meat on mine & did not get double meat. Then my kids sandwiches (which were adult foot long sandwiches cut in half) werebasically flat with almost no meat. The tomatoes we're older then they should have been and from the bottom of the container.They literally had to scrape them off of the bottom and it was filled with juice from other tomatoes. The tomatoes were mushyand did not taste good at all. After we had checked out the people working there were friendly to us, but that's about it. Read more

Wanted to try something that I had not eaten in a while plus looking for a great lunch deal! BOGO half is only available online.... We ordered turkey breast and Black Forest ham on flat bread with chips and a steak melt on wheat bread. Although toasted, bothsandwiches were not thoroughly heated. The environment of the sandwich shoppe was somber. Obviously no dine in services affordedbecause all chairs were turned up atop the tables. Food was okay and would return again for sandwiches. 4/13/21-HORRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE!! This location has been slowly going down!! The last several times I've ordered from them, they... were out of mayo! I can understand running out in the middle of a shift but DANG! It took 3 months to get mayo back on themenu!!! Last night was the LAST STRAW!!! Ordered 3 footlongs on the app at 7:00 pm. Sandwiches were to be ready at 7:15 pm.Arrived at window at 7:25 pm and 1 car was in front of me and about 10-12 customers were inside the restaurant. I sat idle inline til 7:40 pm and then walked inside to see if my order was ready. Nope, was told, "We're working on your order, but we areslammed!". I went back to my car and sat. In the meantime, 3 more cars pulled in and get in line. This parking lot is not thatbig, 5 cars lined up for the drive-thru is pretty much blocking anyone who wants in or out of the parking lot and the drive-thruline is NOT MOVING!! As I'm sitting here fuming wanting to leave but I can't because my sandwiches have been PAID and my cardhas been CHARGED! I'm trying to figure out the thought process of the 2 ladies working inside.... Why isn't one lady makingorders for the drive-thru and the other making orders for inside customers!?!? These 2 ladies were deadset on getting customersorders filled inside the restaurant FIRST! and let the drive-thru wait! AND WAIT! AND WAIT! AND WAIT! FINALLY, at 8:10PM, I pullup to get my order. I'm told they are out of bologna (kinda, messes up my cold-cut order I placed at 7:00pm or maybe if you mademy sandwich somewhere in between I would have it?) As the lady walks away, I looked down and she's wearing freaking flip flops!!THAT'S IT Subway on Sheridan Rd., White Hall AR! P.S. They must have been out of lettuce too because instead of lettuce, theyused spinach...lol! Oh, they have mayo now!
